Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.

我在夜間看到異象，見有人騎著一匹紅馬，站在谷中的番石榴樹林間，後面有紅馬、棕馬和白馬騎士。

「不要以為我來了會讓天下太平，我並非帶來和平，乃是帶來刀劍。

該被擄的人必被擄，該被刀殺的必被刀殺。因此，聖徒需要堅忍和信心。

這時天上出現了另一個奇異的景象：有一條紅色巨龍出現，牠有七頭十角，每個頭上都戴著冠冕。

耶和華啊，求你起來迎頭擊倒他們，求你持刀救我脫離惡人。

那時，我被聖靈感動，被天使帶到曠野，在那裡見到一個婦人騎著一隻朱紅色的怪獸。怪獸有七頭十角，渾身寫滿褻瀆上帝的名號。

我又見她醉了，因她喝了眾聖徒的血，就是為耶穌做見證之人的血。我看見她，非常驚奇。

因為他有上帝所賜的大權，各族、各邦、各語種的人都在他面前戰抖，充滿恐懼。他操生殺大權，可隨意擢升、罷黜。

我要使巴比倫王的臂膀強壯有力，把我的刀交在他手中。我要打斷法老的臂膀，使法老在他面前像受了致命傷的人一樣呻吟。我要使巴比倫王的臂膀強壯有力，而法老的雙臂必軟弱無力。我要把我的刀交在巴比倫王手中，讓他揮刀攻擊埃及。那時他們就知道我是耶和華。

王啊，你是萬王之王，天上的上帝已將國度、權柄、能力和尊榮賜給你，也將居住在各地的世人、走獸和飛禽都交在你手中，讓你管理。你就是那金頭。

耶穌回答說：「除非從上面賜下權柄給你，否則你無權處置我。因此，把我交給你的那個人罪更大。」

我讓你活到現在，是為了向你彰顯我的權能，使我的名傳遍天下。但你竟然在我的子民面前狂傲自大，不讓他們離開。

耶和華說：「亞述王有禍了！他是我的憤怒之棍，他手中拿著我發烈怒的杖。我要差遣他去攻打一個不虔敬的國家，一個惹我發怒的民族，去搶奪、擄掠他們的財物，像踐踏街上的泥土一樣踐踏他們。

「『難道你不知這是我在遠古所定的嗎？如今我要實現我昔日所定的計劃，就是藉著你使堅城淪為廢墟。城中的居民軟弱無力，驚慌失措，羞愧難當，脆弱如野草和菜蔬，又像還未長大就被曬焦的房頂草。

「人子啊，巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒派兵苦攻泰爾，以致士兵的頭都禿了，肩也破了，卻是徒勞無功。所以主耶和華說，『我要把埃及賜給巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒，他必擄掠埃及的財富為戰利品，犒賞自己的軍隊。他和他的軍隊為我效力，所以我把埃及賜給他作為酬勞。』這是主耶和華說的。
