Then the kings of the earth and the great ones and the generals and the rich and the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains,

耶和華興起，使地大震動的時候，人就進入石洞，進入土穴，躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。

你當進入巖穴，藏在土中，躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。

到那日，耶和華在高處必懲罰高處的眾軍，在地上必懲罰地上的列王。他們必被聚集，像囚犯被聚在牢獄中，並要囚在監牢裏，多日之後便被討罪。

到耶和華興起，使地大震動的時候，人好進入磐石洞中和巖石穴裏，躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。

現在，你們君王應當省悟！你們世上的審判官該受管教！當存畏懼事奉耶和華，又當存戰兢而快樂。當以嘴親子，恐怕他發怒，你們便在道中滅亡，因為他的怒氣快要發作。凡投靠他的，都是有福的。

他要挫折王子的驕氣；他向地上的君王顯威可畏。

以色列百姓見自己危急窘迫，就藏在山洞、叢林、石穴、隱密處，和坑中。

那五王逃跑，藏在瑪基大洞裏。有人告訴約書亞說：「那五王已經找到了，都藏在瑪基大洞裏。」

他穿着濺了血的衣服；他的名稱為神之道。在天上的眾軍騎着白馬，穿着細麻衣，又白又潔，跟隨他。有利劍從他口中出來，可以擊殺列國。他必用鐵杖轄管他們，並要踹全能神烈怒的酒醡。在他衣服和大腿上有名寫着說：「萬王之王，萬主之主。」我又看見一位天使站在日頭中，向天空所飛的鳥大聲喊着說：「你們聚集來赴神的大筵席，可以吃君王與將軍的肉，壯士與馬和騎馬者的肉，並一切自主的為奴的，以及大小人民的肉。」我看見那獸和地上的君王，並他們的眾軍都聚集，要與騎白馬的並他的軍兵爭戰。那獸被擒拿；那在獸面前曾行奇事、迷惑受獸印記和拜獸像之人的假先知，也與獸同被擒拿。他們兩個就活活地被扔在燒着硫磺的火湖裏；其餘的被騎白馬者口中出來的劍殺了；飛鳥都吃飽了他們的肉。

在曠野、山嶺、山洞、地穴，飄流無定，本是世界不配有的人。

在你右邊的主，當他發怒的日子，必打傷列王。他要在列邦中刑罰惡人，屍首就遍滿各處；他要在許多國中打破仇敵的頭。

萬民哪，你們都當聽這話！世上一切的居民，無論上流下流，富足貧窮，都當留心聽！

米甸人壓制以色列人；以色列人因為米甸人，就在山中挖穴、挖洞、建造營寨。

地上的君王，素來與她行淫、一同奢華的，看見燒她的煙，就必為她哭泣哀號。因怕她的痛苦，就遠遠地站着說：哀哉！哀哉！巴比倫大城，堅固的城啊，一時之間你的刑罰就來到了。地上的客商也都為她哭泣悲哀，因為沒有人再買他們的貨物了；

但這百姓是被搶被奪的，都牢籠在坑中，隱藏在獄裏；他們作掠物，無人拯救，作擄物，無人說交還。

他待王子不徇情面，也不看重富足的過於貧窮的，因為都是他手所造。在轉眼之間，半夜之中，他們就死亡。百姓被震動而去世；有權力的被奪去非借人手。

他們必舔土如蛇，又如土中腹行的物，戰戰兢兢地出他們的營寨。他們必戰懼投降耶和華，也必因我們的神而懼怕。
