Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains.

Everyone hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. This included the kings of the earth, the princes and the generals. It included rich people and powerful people. It also included everyone else, both slaves and people who were free.

Then the kings of the earth and the great ones and the generals and the rich and the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains,

Then everyone— the kings of the earth, the rulers, the generals, the wealthy, the powerful, and every slave and free person— all hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains.

Then the kings of the earth, the nobles, the generals, the rich, the powerful, and every slave and free person hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains.

Then the kings of the earth, the nobles, the military commanders, the rich, the powerful, and every slave and free person hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains.

Then the kings of the earth, the very important people, the generals, the rich, the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains.

The kings of the earth, the princes, the commanding officers, the rich, the strong, and every slave and free person, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains.

耶和华起来震动大地的时候，人必进入磐石穴、土洞中，躲避耶和华令人恐惧的面和他威严的荣光。

你们要进入磐石，要藏身在土中，躲避耶和华令人恐惧的面和他威严的荣光。

到那日，耶和华必在高天惩罚天上的众军，在地上惩罚地上的列王。他们必被聚在一起，像地牢中被囚的人；他们被关进监狱，多日以后必受惩罚。

这是为了在耶和华起来震动大地的时候，他们能进入磐石缝、岩隙中，躲避耶和华令人恐惧的面和他威严的荣光。

因此，君王们哪，你们当慎思明辨！地上的审判官哪，你们当接受警戒！你们当在敬畏中服事耶和华，当在战兢中快乐！当亲吻他的儿子，否则他一发怒，你们就在所行的路上灭亡，因为他的怒火片刻间就会燃起！所有投靠他的人是多么蒙福啊！

他挫败领袖们的心志，被地上的君王所敬畏。

以色列人看见形势危急，处境窘迫，军兵就躲藏在洞穴里、丛林中、岩石间、地窖里和坑里。

他身穿一件浸过血的袍子；他的名字叫“神的话语”。天上的军兵，都骑着白马，身穿洁白干净的细麻衣，跟随着他。从他口中发出一把利剑，好用它来击打列国。他将用铁杖治理列国，并且要践踏酒榨，就是神、全能者烈怒的酒榨。在他的袍子上、大腿上写着一个名号：“万王之王，万主之主。”随后，我看见一位天使站在太阳中，对所有在空中飞翔的鸟大声呼喊说：“来吧，聚集起来赴神的大宴席，为要吃君王的肉、军官的肉、壮士的肉、马和骑士的肉，以及各种人的肉，包括自由人和奴隶，卑微人和尊贵人的肉。”接着，我看见那兽和地上的众君王以及他们的军兵聚集在一起，要与骑白马的那一位和他的军队作战。但那兽被抓了；那假先知也与它一起被抓了——他在兽面前行了许多奇迹，藉此迷惑那些接受兽的印记并膜拜兽像的人。兽和那假先知两个都活生生地被丢进燃烧着硫磺的火湖里。其余的人，也都被骑白马那一位口中所发出的剑杀死了。所有的鸟都吃饱了他们的肉。

他们是这世界不配有的。他们在旷野、山岭、岩穴、地洞中漂流无定。

耶和华在你的右边；他必在烈怒的日子里击碎君王们。他将在列国中施行审判，使列国尸横遍野；他将击碎全地的首领。

万民哪，你们当听这话！当倾听，世上所有的居民哪——无论地位高低、或贫或富，都当倾听。

地上的众君王，就是那些与她行淫乱、一同骄奢淫逸的，当看见焚烧她时的烟，就会为她捶胸哀哭。他们因惧怕她所受的折磨，就远远地站着，说：“有祸了！有祸了！宏大的城，强大的巴比伦城啊！因为一时之间，你的审判就来到了！”地上的商人也为她哭泣、悲伤，因为再也没有人买他们的货物了；

但这子民是被掠夺、被抢掠的，全被困陷在洞穴中，被关藏在牢房里。他们成了掠物，无人解救；他们成了掳物，无人说：“把他们还回来！”
