Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder,“ Come and see.”

羔羊啟一緘、吾聞一靈物發音如雷曰：「來！」

I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder,“ Come!”

And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals.

And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying,“ Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!

When He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying,“ Come and see.”

And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.Before the throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back.The first living creature was like a lion, the second living creature like a calf, the third living creature had a face like a man, and the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle.

When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say,“ Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.

But one of the elders said to me,“ Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.”And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.

Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.

For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.”

And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps.

When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying,“ Come and see.”

and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices.Now when the seven thunders uttered their voices, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven saying to me,“ Seal up the things which the seven thunders uttered, and do not write them.”
