I saw, in the right hand of him who sat on the throne, a book written inside and outside, sealed shut with seven seals.

我見坐寶座者、右手執卷、內外有文字、緘以七印、

又見位於寶座者、右手執一卷、內外俱有文字七印緘焉。

Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals.

Then I saw a scroll in the right hand of the one sitting on the throne. The scroll had writing on both sides. It was sealed with seven seals.

When I looked, behold, a hand was stretched out to me; and, behold, a scroll of a book was in it.He spread it before me. It was written within and without; and lamentations, mourning, and woe were written in it.

All vision has become to you like the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one who is educated, saying,“ Read this, please;” and he says,“ I can’t, for it is sealed;”

Then he came, and he took it out of the right hand of him who sat on the throne.

He had in his hand a little open book. He set his right foot on the sea, and his left on the land.

I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying,“ To him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever! Amen!”

I saw that the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as with a voice of thunder,“ Come and see!”

But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end. Many will run back and forth, and knowledge will be increased.”Then I, Daniel, looked, and behold, two others stood, one on the river bank on this side, and the other on the river bank on that side.One said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river,“ How long will it be to the end of these wonders?”I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it will be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have finished breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things will be finished.I heard, but I didn’t understand. Then I said,“ My lord, what will be the outcome of these things?”He said,“ Go your way, Daniel; for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.

that looked like a jasper stone and a sardius. There was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald to look at.

The voice which I heard from heaven, again speaking with me, said,“ Go, take the book which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the land.”I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little book. He said to me,“ Take it, and eat it. It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.”I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth. When I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter.They told me,“ You must prophesy again over many peoples, nations, languages, and kings.”

Wrap up the covenant. Seal the law among my disciples.

“ The vision of the evenings and mornings which has been told is true; but seal up the vision, for it belongs to many days to come.”

Search in the book of Yahweh, and read: not one of these will be missing. None will lack her mate. For my mouth has commanded, and his Spirit has gathered them.
