“ Here is what I command you to write to the church in Philadelphia. Here are the words of Jesus, who is holy and true. He holds the key of David. No one can shut what he opens. And no one can open what he shuts. He says,

“你要写信告诉非拉铁非教会的天使，那位圣洁、真实、拿着大卫的钥匙、开了门无人能关、关了门无人能开的主说，

“你要写信给在非拉铁非教会的使者，说：‘那圣洁的、真实的，拿着大卫的钥匙，开了就没有人能关，关了就没有人能开的（“拿着大卫的钥匙……没有人能开的”引自赛22:22），这样说：

“你要给那在费拉德菲亚教会的使者写信说：“那位神圣的、真实的，拿着大卫的钥匙、开了就没有人能关、关了就没有人能开的，这样说：

「你要寫信給非拉鐵非教會的使者，說：『那聖潔、真實、拿着大衛的鑰匙、開了就沒有人能關、關了就沒有人能開的，說：

「你要寫信給非拉鐵非教會的使者，說：『那神聖、真實的，拿着大衛的鑰匙，開了就沒有人能關，關了就沒有人能開的這樣說：

「你要寫信給非拉鐵非教會的使者，說：『那神聖、真實的，拿着大衛的鑰匙，開了就沒有人能關，關了就沒有人能開的這樣說：

「你要寫信告訴非拉鐵非教會的天使，那位聖潔、真實、拿著大衛的鑰匙、開了門無人能關、關了門無人能開的主說，

當書達非拉鐵非會之使者云、維聖維誠、持大衛之鑰、開則無能闔之、闔則無能開之曰、

爾當書達非拉鐵非會使者、曰、主執大闢鑰、闢則無有能闔、闔則無有能闢、乃聖乃誠、言曰、

爾當書達非拉叠非教會使者曰、為聖為誠、執大衛之鑰、啟則莫能閉、閉則莫能啟者、如是云、

爾其寓書於斐拉代非教會之守護天神曰：彼至聖至真掌握大維之管籥所啟無人能閉、所閉無人能啟者、有所曉諭於爾：

“ To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.

“ And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write:‘ The words of the holy one, the true one, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, who shuts and no one opens.

“ Write this letter to the angel of the church in Philadelphia. This is the message from the one who is holy and true, the one who has the key of David. What he opens, no one can close; and what he closes, no one can open:

“ Write to the angel of the church in Philadelphia: Thus says the Holy One, the true one, the one who has the key of David, who opens and no one will close, and who closes and no one opens:

“ And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: He who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says this:

“ And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write,‘ These things says He who is holy, He who is true,“ He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”:

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth and none shall shut, and that shutteth and none openeth:

“ Write to the angel of the church in Philadelphia:“ The Holy One, the True One, the One who has the key of David, who opens and no one will close, and closes and no one opens says:

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

“ To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write the following:“ This is the solemn pronouncement of the Holy One, the True One, who holds the key of David, who opens doors no one can shut, and shuts doors no one can open:

“ To the angel of the assembly in Philadelphia write:“ He who is holy, he who is true, he who has the key of David, he who opens and no one can shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says these things:

The Lord will give Eliakim the key of authority in David’s royal house. No one can shut what he opens. And no one can open what he shuts.

“ What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are. You are the Holy One of God!”

I am the Living One. I was dead. But now look! I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys to Death and Hell.

Jesus answered,“ I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. What you lock on earth will be locked in heaven. What you unlock on earth will be unlocked in heaven.”

He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High God. The Lord God will make him a king like his father David of long ago.

They called out in a loud voice.“ How long, Lord and King, holy and true?” they asked.“ How long will you wait to judge those who live on the earth? How long will it be until you pay them back for killing us?”

Family of Jacob, you are as weak as a worm. But do not be afraid. People of Israel, there are only a few of you. But do not be afraid. I myself will help you,” announces the Lord. He is the one who sets his people free. He is the Holy One of Israel.

What he tears down can’t be rebuilt. The people he puts in prison can’t be set free.

“ Here is what I command you to write to the church in Laodicea. Here are the words of Jesus, who is the Amen. What he speaks is faithful and true. He rules over what God has created. He says,

You spoke against the Holy and Blameless One. You asked for a murderer to be set free instead.

The voice said,“ Write on a scroll what you see. Send it to the seven churches in Asia Minor. They are Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.”

I saw heaven standing open. There in front of me was a white horse. Its rider is called Faithful and True. When he judges or makes war, he is always fair.

You too will send for nations you do not know. Even though you do not know them, they will come running to you. That is what I will do. I am the Lord your God. I am the Holy One of Israel. I have honored you.”

I made you. I am now your husband. My name is the Lord Who Rules Over All. I am the Holy One of Israel. I have set you free. I am the God of the whole earth.

You will toss them in the air. A strong wind will catch them and blow them away. You will be glad because I will make that happen. You will praise me. I am the Holy One of Israel.

May grace and peace come to you from Jesus Christ. He is the faithful witness, so what he has shown can be trusted. He was the first to rise from the dead. He rules over the kings of the earth. Glory and power belong to Jesus Christ who loves us! He has set us free from our sins by pouring out his blood for us.

The Lord is the Holy One of Israel. He sets his people free. He says to them,“ I am the Lord your God. I teach you what is best for you. I direct you in the way you should go.

Then people will see and know that my powerful hand has done it. They will consider and understand that I have created it. I am the Holy One of Israel.”

“ Go away!” he said.“ What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are. You are the Holy One of God!”

The one who sets us free is the Holy One of Israel. His name is the Lord Who Rules Over All.

They were calling out to one another. They were saying,“ Holy, holy, holy is the Lord who rules over all. The whole earth is full of his glory.”

The Lord sets his people free. He is the Holy One of Israel. He speaks to his servant, who is looked down on and hated by the nations. He speaks to the servant of rulers. He says to him,“ Kings will see you and stand up to honor you. Princes will see you and bow down to show you their respect. I am the Lord. I am faithful. I am the Holy One of Israel. I have chosen you.”

Our king is like a shield that keeps us safe. He belongs to the Lord. He belongs to the Holy One of Israel.

The Lord is right in everything he does. He is faithful in everything he does.

Each of the four living creatures had six wings. Each creature was covered all over with eyes. It had eyes even under its wings. Day and night, they never stop saying,“‘ Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God who rules over all.’( Isaiah 6:3) He was, and he is, and he will come.”

But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll. No one could even look inside it.I cried and cried. That’s because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside.Then one of the elders said to me,“ Do not cry! The Lion of the tribe of Judah has won the battle. He is the Root of David. He is able to break the seven seals and open the scroll.”

“ Here is what I command you to write to the church in Ephesus. Here are the words of Jesus, who holds the seven stars in his right hand. He also walks among the seven golden lampstands. He says,

Here is the new song they sang.“ You are worthy to take the scroll and break open its seals. You are worthy because you were put to death. With your blood you bought people for God. They come from every tribe, people and nation, no matter what language they speak.

They sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb. They sang,“ Lord God who rules over all, everything you do is great and wonderful. King of the nations, your ways are true and fair.

He who was sitting on the throne said,“ I am making everything new!” Then he said,“ Write this down. You can trust these words. They are true.”

Then I heard the altar reply. It said,“ Lord God who rules over all, the way you judge is true and fair.”

Heaven and earth will pass away. But my words will never pass away.

“ Suppose God comes along and puts you in prison. Suppose he takes you to court. Then who can oppose him?

The way he judges is true and fair. He has judged the great prostitute. She made the earth impure with her terrible sins. God has paid her back for killing those who served him.”

You will not leave me in the place of the dead. You will not let your faithful one rot away.

Get out of our way! Get off our path! Keep the Holy One of Israel away from us!’ ”
