時將至、舉世有患難、以試天下之人、爾既守我忍耐之道、我必護庇爾、免於彼時之試煉、

爾既堅忍守我之道、我亦將守爾、免乎受試之時、此時將臨於寰宇、以試凡宅地之人、

在世必有患難、試天下億兆、我道貴忍、爾既守之、故我必範衛爾、

爾既守吾寬忍之道、吾亦當於全世之人遭受試練時、保爾於難。

Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.

You have kept my command to remain strong in the faith no matter what happens. So I will keep you from the time of suffering. That time is going to come to the whole world. It will test those who live on the earth.

Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell on the earth.

“ Because you have obeyed my command to persevere, I will protect you from the great time of testing that will come upon the whole world to test those who belong to this world.

惟主知拯救虔敬之人、脫於苦難、而留不義之人、待審判之日受刑、

我將使三分之一、若投於火中、若投於火中或作如由火中而經鍊之如銀、試之如金、彼籲我名、我必應允、我必曰、彼乃我民、彼必曰、耶和華乃我之天主、

爾必受苦、惟勿懼、魔將以爾數人投於獄、致爾被試、爾將受難十日、當盡忠至死、我必賜爾永生之冠冕、

守天主誡、及信耶穌道之聖徒、因此恆忍、或作聖徒之恆忍在此矣彼守天主之誡及耶穌之道

我約翰為爾兄弟、與爾為耶穌基督同受患難、同在其國、同為彼而忍耐、為天主道及耶穌基督之證、在拔摩海島、在拔摩海島或作見放於拔摩海島

勿使我遇試、惟拯我於惡、或作惟拯我於惡者蓋國與權與榮、皆爾所有、至於世世、阿們、有原文古抄本自蓋國與權起至阿們止皆缺

多人將被試鍊、以致清淨潔白、惡人仍作惡、惡者不能明、智人能明、

［天］國之福音、必遍傳於天下、為證於萬民、然後末日乃至、○

大聲呼曰、聖且誠之主歟、不審判居於地之人、為我儕伸流血之冤、將至何時、

凡擄人者亦見擄、以刃殺人者亦被刃殺、聖徒之恆忍與信在此矣、○

爾所遇之試、亦為人之常事、天主可信、不忍爾受試過爾力所能當、使爾受試之時、亦為爾開出路、致爾能當之、

我又見一天使、飛於天中、聞其大聲曰、尚有三天使將吹角、因其角聲、居地之萬民、禍哉、禍哉、禍哉、

可愛者乎、爾今遇火鍊試爾、勿異之以為遭非常之事、

爾所見之獸、昔有今無、後必出自深淵、終歸於沈淪、凡居地之人、自創世以來、其名未錄於生命册者、見獸昔有今無、後將復有、遂甚奇異、

凡居於地、名未錄於自創世時見殺之羔之生命册者、皆將拜此獸、

斯地之居民乎、驚駭、陷阱、網羅、必臨於爾、

既得權、在獸前行異跡、遂誘惑居於地之人、使之為見傷於刃而尚活之獸作像、

故取天主所賜之全身器械、使爾遇難日能禦敵、成就諸事後、成就諸事後或作勝一切後仍能卓立、

居地之民、將欣喜歡樂、互相餽贈、蓋二先知曾困苦居地之民、

我賴耶穌基督、為爾眾謝我天主、因爾有信、舉世傳聞、

當警醒祈禱、免入誘惑、心固願而身弱矣、

我誠告爾、普天下無論何處、傳此福音、亦必述此婦所行、使人記憶、○

惟時亞古士督該撒下詔、命天下人登籍、

兄弟乎、無花果樹、能生油果乎、葡萄樹、能生無花果乎、水之鹹淡、不並出一源、亦若是、○
