“你要写信告诉撒狄教会的天使，有上帝的七灵又有七颗星的主说，‘我知道你的行为，你名义上活着，实际上是死的。

“你要写信给在撒狄教会的使者，说：‘那有神七灵和七星的这样说：我知道你的行为，你有名声，说你是活着的，其实你是死的。

“你要给那在萨迪斯教会的使者写信说：“那位有神的七个灵和七颗星的，这样说：我知道你的行为，你名义上是活的，其实你是死的。

「你要寫信給撒狄教會的使者，說：『那有神的七靈和七星的，說：我知道你的行為，按名你是活的，其實是死的。

「你要寫信給撒狄教會的使者，說：『那有上帝的七靈和七顆星的這樣說：我知道你的行為，就是名義上你是活的，實際上你是死的。

『你要寫信給在撒狄教會的使者說：『「那擁有着上帝之七靈和七星的這麼說：我知道你的行為：你名雖是活着，其實乃是死的。

「你要給那在薩迪斯教會的使者寫信說：「那位有神的七個靈和七顆星的，這樣說：我知道你的行為，你名義上是活的，其實你是死的。

當書達撒狄會之使者云、有上帝之七神、及七星者、曰、我知爾諸行、名生而實死、

爾當書達撒狄會使者、曰、主有上帝七神、執七星、言曰、吾知爾所為、名生實死、

爾當書達撒狄教會使者、曰、有天主七神、又執七星者、如是云、我知爾之作為、名為生、實則死、

爾其寓書於撒爾底教會之守護天神曰：彼具有天主之七神與七星者、有所曉諭於爾：吾知爾之行實；爾雖生實死、

“ To the angel of the church in Sardis write: These are the words of him who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars. I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.

“ Here is what I command you to write to the church in Sardis. Here are the words of Jesus, who holds the seven spirits of God. He has the seven stars in his hand. He says,‘ I know what you are doing. People think you are alive, but you are dead.

“ And to the angel of the church in Sardis write:‘ The words of him who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars.“‘ I know your works. You have the reputation of being alive, but you are dead.

“ Write this letter to the angel of the church in Sardis. This is the message from the one who has the sevenfold Spirit of God and the seven stars:“ I know all the things you do, and that you have a reputation for being alive— but you are dead.

“ Write to the angel of the church in Sardis: Thus says the one who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars: I know your works; you have a reputation for being alive, but you are dead.

“ To the angel of the church in Sardis write: He who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars, says this:‘ I know your deeds, that you have a name that you are alive, and yet you are dead.

“ And to the angel of the church in Sardis write,‘ These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars:“ I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.

And to the angel of the church in Sardis write: These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars: I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and thou art dead.

“ Write to the angel of the church in Sardis:“ The One who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars says: I know your works; you have a reputation for being alive, but you are dead.

And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

“ To the angel of the church in Sardis write the following:“ This is the solemn pronouncement of the one who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars:‘ I know your deeds, that you have a reputation that you are alive, but in reality you are dead.

“ And to the angel of the assembly in Sardis write:“ He who has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars says these things:“ I know your works, that you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.

但好宴乐的寡妇活着也算是死了。

约翰写信给亚细亚的七个教会。愿那位今在、昔在、以后永在的上帝，与他宝座前的七灵，和那忠信的见证者、从死人中复活的首生者、世上君王的元首耶稣基督，赐恩惠和平安给你们。他爱我们，用自己的血使我们从罪中得释放，

所以，就如身体没有灵魂是死的，信心没有行为也是死的。

我知道你的行为：爱心、信心、勤劳、忍耐；又知道你末后所行的善事比起初所行的更多。

你们从前在过犯和未受割礼的肉体中死了，上帝却赦免了你们一切的过犯，使你们与基督一同活过来，

这样的人是你们爱筵上的污点；他们无所惧怕地同你们宴乐，仿佛牧人只顾喂饱自己。他们是无雨的浮云，被风飘荡；是秋天没有果子的树，死而又死，连根被拔出来；

竟在我们因过犯而死了的时候，使我们与基督一同活过来—可见你们得救是本乎恩—

可是你这个弟弟是死而复活，失而复得的，所以我们理当欢喜庆祝。’”

因为我这个儿子是死而复活，失而复得的。’他们就开始庆祝。

他右手拿着七颗星，从他口中吐出一把两刃的利剑，面貌好像烈日放光。

从前，你们因着自己的过犯罪恶而死了。

我知道你的居所，就是有撒但座位之处；当我忠心的见证人安提帕在你们中间，在撒但所住的地方被杀之时，你还坚守我的名，没有否认对我的信仰。

有闪电、声音、雷轰从宝座中发出。在宝座前点着七支火炬，就是上帝的七灵。

说：“把你所看见的写在书上，寄给以弗所、士每拿、别迦摩、推雅推喇、撒狄、非拉铁非、老底嘉那七个教会。”

我又看见宝座和四个活物，以及长老之中有羔羊站着，像是被杀的，有七个角七只眼睛，就是上帝的七灵，奉差遣往普天下去的。

上帝所差来的说上帝的话，因为上帝所赐给他的圣灵是没有限量的。

至于你所看见、在我右手中的七颗星和那七个金灯台的奥秘就是：七颗星是七个教会的使者，七个灯台是七个教会。”“你要写信给以弗所教会的使者，说：‘那右手拿着七颗星，在七个金灯台中间行走的这样说：我知道你的行为、劳碌、忍耐，也知道你不容忍恶人。你也曾察验那自称为使徒却不是使徒的，看出他们是假的。

从他的丰富里，我们都领受了恩典，而且恩上加恩。

我先前不认识他，可是那差我来用水施洗的对我说：‘你看见圣灵降下来，停留在谁的身上，谁就是用圣灵施洗的。’

说了这话，他向他们吹一口气，说：“领受圣灵吧！

查考在他们心里的基督的灵预先证明基督受苦难，后来得荣耀，是指什么时候，什么样的情况。

节期的最后一天，就是最隆重的一天，耶稣站着，喊着说：“人若渴了，到我这里来喝！信我的人，就如经上所说：‘从他腹中将流出活水的江河来。’”耶稣这话是指信他的人要受圣灵说的；那时还没有赐下圣灵，因为耶稣还没有得到荣耀。

他既被高举在上帝的右边，又从父受了所应许的圣灵，就把你们所看见所听见的，浇灌下来。

我知道你的患难和贫穷—其实你却是富足的，也知道那自称是犹太人的所说毁谤的话，其实他们不是犹太人，而是撒但会堂的人。

“但我要从父那里差保惠师来，就是从父出来的那真理的灵，他来的时候要为我作见证。你们也要作见证，因为你们从起初就与我同在。”
