天使對我說：「這些話真實可靠。賜聖靈感動眾先知的主上帝已差遣祂的天使，將那些快要發生的事指示給祂的奴僕們。」

又謂我曰、此言信且真也、主即感諸先知之上帝、遣其使者、以必速成之事示其諸僕、

又曰、此言真實無偽、聖先知之主上帝、已遣天使、以事應伊邇、告其僕眾、

天使語我曰、此言真實可信、聖先知之主天主、聖先知之主天主有原文抄本作諸先知之神之主天主遣其使者、以迅速將成之事、示其眾僕、

天神告予曰：「凡茲所言皆真實無妄；乃眾先知之神靈所仰望之天主遣其天神、以不久將見之事、示其諸僕：

The angel said to me,“ These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God who inspires the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.”

The angel said to me,“ You can trust these words. They are true. The Lord is the God who gives messages to the prophets. He sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.”

And he said to me,“ These words are trustworthy and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel to show his servants what must soon take place.”

Then the angel said to me,“ Everything you have heard and seen is trustworthy and true. The Lord God, who inspires his prophets, has sent his angel to tell his servants what will happen soon.”

Then he said to me,“ These words are faithful and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel to show his servants what must soon take place.”

And he said to me,“ These words are faithful and true”; and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show His bond servants the things which must soon take place.

Then he said to me,“ These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place.

And he said unto me, These words are faithful and true: and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly come to pass.

Then he said to me,“ These words are faithful and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent His angel to show His slaves what must quickly take place.”

And he said unto me, These sayings[ are] faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

Then the angel said to me,“ These words are reliable and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel to show his servants what must happen soon.”

He said to me,“ These words are faithful and true. The Lord God of the spirits of the prophets sent his angel to show to his bondservants the things which must happen soon.”

以下是上帝賜給耶穌基督的啟示，讓祂把將來要發生的事指示祂的眾奴僕。因此，祂差遣天使告訴祂的奴僕約翰。

坐在寶座上的那位對我說：「看啊！我已經將一切都更新了。你要將這一切記錄下來，因為這些話真實可信。」

天使吩咐我說：「你要寫下來，被邀請參加羔羊婚宴的人有福了！」他又說：「這是上帝親口說的，千真萬確。」

叫你們記得從前聖先知們說的預言，以及我們的主和救主藉著派到你們那裡的使徒所傳給你們的誡命。

基督的靈曾在他們心中指示他們，預言基督要受苦，然後得榮耀。他們便詳細查考這些事會在什麼時候、什麼情況下發生。他們得到啟示，知道他們傳講這些事不是為了自己，而是為了你們。現在，那些靠著從天上差來的聖靈向你們傳福音的人，已經將這些事傳給你們了。連天使也想把這些事看個明白。

因為預言絕非出於人的意思，都是人受了聖靈的感動，講出上帝的信息。

「看啊，我快要來了。遵行這書中預言的人有福了！」

上天啊，眾聖徒、眾使徒和眾先知啊，為她的下場歡樂吧！因為上帝已經向她施行報應，為你們伸冤了。」

但是上帝早已藉眾先知預言基督要受害，這事果然應驗了。

這福音是上帝從前藉著眾先知在聖經中應許的，

正如祂從亙古藉著祂聖先知們的口所說的。

王的夢出現了兩次，表示上帝的心意已定，上帝必很快成就這事。

先知的靈受先知控制，

再者，我們的生身父親管教我們，我們尚且敬重他們，何況是萬靈之父上帝管教我們，我們豈不更要順服祂並得到生命嗎？

尼布甲尼撒說：「沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌的上帝當受稱頌！祂差遣天使拯救那些信靠祂的僕人。他們無視王命，寧肯死也不供奉、祭拜其他神明。

人子也將派天使把一切引人犯罪和作孽的人從祂國裡挑出來，

約翰還沒有來以前，律法書和先知書是你們的準則。他出來後，上帝國的福音開始廣傳，人人都在努力進上帝的國。

我的上帝差遣天使封住了獅子的口，不讓牠們傷害我，因為我在上帝面前是清白的。王啊，我在你面前也沒有過錯。」

當主耶穌和祂大能的天使在烈焰中從天上顯現時，祂必使你們這些受苦的人和我們同得安慰，

彼得這才如夢初醒，說：「現在我確定，主派了天使來救我脫離希律的魔掌，不讓猶太人的期望得逞。」

親愛的弟兄姊妹，有一件事你們不可忽略，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主的應許還未實現，有人以為祂拖延，其實祂不是拖延，而是在寬容你們。祂不願任何人滅亡，願意人人悔改。

弟兄們，我告訴你們，時日不多了，從今以後，那些有妻子的，要像沒有妻子的；
