主曰：「俞、忠信之僕也？爾既忠於小事、將託爾以大事。其進而享乃主之樂。」

並聞巨音自寶座而發曰：「睹哉、睹哉、天主之幔帷降世！主將長留人間；世人當得為其子民，天主自願為其所天；天主必親為拭其目中之淚。此後不復有死喪、哀悼、悲泣、憂愁等事舊緒已成過去。」

故得奉事天主於寶座之前、朝朝暮暮、不離聖殿；位於寶座者且將庇之於閟帷之下焉。若輩不復饑渴、日不得而曝之、火不得而爇之；蓋座前羔羊將親為之牧、導之引之、以至活水之源；而天主且將親拭其目中之淚也。

人欲事我、宜亦步亦趨、追踵於我、庶幾我之所詣、吾僕亦克詣焉。人能事我、父必榮之。

今予前往、必為爾預備居所；既往既備、當重來接爾、務使予之所在、爾等亦得與俱。

吾志異乎是。所求非世祿。清白歸我主。常享承顏樂。當吾甦醒日。見主便是福。

顧吾未見有聖殿、以全能天主及其羔羊、即為斯邑之聖殿故。斯邑亦無需日月之照臨、蓋以天主之榮耀為光、而以羔羊為燈也。

指我生命路。飫我瞻仰欣。吾主之右手。永為福樂源。

王又將謂左者曰：「被詛者流、其離我！當投諸不熄之烈火、蓋此原為魔鬼及其眾徒而備也。

父乎！願父所賜於予之人、皆得詣予所在、而親睹父所賜予之榮、蓋自創世之前、父已愛予矣。
