他被掛在木頭上，親身擔當了我們的罪，使我們既然在罪上死，就得以在義上活。因他受的鞭傷，你們得了醫治。

那些洗淨自己衣服的有福了！他們可得權柄到生命樹那裏，也能從門進城。

耶和華神使各樣的樹從土地裏長出來，可以悅人的眼目，好作食物。園子當中有生命樹和知善惡的樹。

他對我說：「這水往東方流，下到亞拉巴，直到海。所流出來的水，一入海就使水變淡。這兩條河所到之處，凡滋生的動物都必存活；這水流到那裏，使那裏的水變淡，因此裏面有極多的魚。這河水所到之處，百物都必存活。必有漁夫站在河邊，從隱‧基底直到隱‧以革蓮，全都成了曬網的場所。那裏的魚各從其類，好像大海的魚甚多。但是沼澤與池塘的水無法變淡，只能作產鹽之用。河這邊與那邊的岸上必生長各類樹木，可作食物；葉子不枯乾，果子不斷絕。每月必結新果子，因為這水是從聖所流出來的。樹上的果子必作食物，葉子可以治病。」

耶和華神說：「看哪，那人已經像我們中間的一個，知道善惡，現在恐怕他又伸手摘生命樹所出的來吃，就永遠活着。」耶和華神就驅逐他出伊甸園，使他耕種土地，他原是從土地裏被取出來的。耶和華神把那人趕出去，就在伊甸園東邊安設基路伯和發出火焰轉動的劍，把守生命樹的道路。

他帶我回到殿門，看哪，有水從殿的門檻下面往東流出，因為這殿是朝東的。水從殿的側面，就是右邊，從祭壇的南邊往下流。

她給持守她的人作生命樹，謹守她的必定蒙福。

這書上的預言，若有人刪去甚麼，神必從這書上所記的生命樹和聖城刪去他的份。

列國要藉着城的光行走；地上的君王要把自己的榮耀帶給那城。

十二個門是十二顆珍珠；每一個門是一顆珍珠造的。城內的街道是純金的，好像透明的玻璃。

但是，對你們敬畏我名的人，必有公義的太陽出現，其光線有醫治的能力。你們必出來跳躍如圈裏的牛犢。

我看見他的行為，要醫治他，引導他，使他和與他一同哀傷的人都得安慰。我要醫治他，他要結出嘴唇的果實。平安，平安，歸給遠處和近處的人！這是耶和華說的。」

他醫好傷心的人，包紮他們的傷處。

我必醫治他們背道的病，甘心愛他們，因為我向他們所發的怒氣已轉消。

「主的靈在我身上，因為他用膏膏我，叫我傳福音給貧窮的人；差遣我宣告：被擄的得釋放，失明的得看見，受壓迫的得自由，

要使這百姓心蒙油脂，耳朵發沉，眼睛昏花；恐怕他們眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裏明白，回轉過來，就得醫治。」

耶和華啊，求你醫治我，我就痊癒，拯救我，我便得救；因你是我所讚美的。
