天使指給我看在城內街道當中有一道生命水之河，明亮如水晶從上帝和羔羊的寶座間流出來。

有耳的應當聽聖靈向眾教會所說的話！得勝的我必將上帝樂園中生命樹的果子賜給他喫。」

他以自己的身體在木架上親自背上我們的罪，使我們既跟罪割死，就得以向義而活。因着他受的鞭傷、你們就得了醫治。

那些洗自己袍子、好得權柄享受生命樹、好得由門進城的人、有福啊！

永恆主上帝使各樣的樹從土地裏長起來：看了可喜愛，做食品好喫。園子當中又有生命樹和知識樹，能使人分別善惡。

他對我說：『這些水向東方一帶地區流出，必下到亞拉巴，來到鹽海；所發出的水既流入鹽海，那水就得治好而無鹹味了。將來：凡這溪河所到之處、一切滋生活物都得以活着，也必有極多的魚；因為這些水來到哪裏，就是凡這溪河所到之處，海水就都得治好而無鹹味，百物也都得以活着。必有漁夫站在河邊；從隱基底直到隱以革蓮都作鋪網之處；其魚各從其類，好像大海的魚，極其之多。只是沼澤之地和窪濕之處仍不得治好，依然留着、以便出鹽。沿溪河邊、在河岸上這邊跟那邊、必生長着各類樹木、其果子可作食物：其葉子必不凋殘，其果子必不斷絕；每月必結新的果子，因為這水是從聖所流出來的；其果子必可作為食物，其葉子可作治病之用。』

永恆主上帝說：『看哪，那人既像我們中間的一個、曉得分別善惡；現在恐怕他伸出手來、也摘取生命樹的果子喫，就永遠活着。』永恆主上帝便打發他出伊甸園，去耕種土地；原來他自己倒是從土地被取出來的。於是把那人趕逐出去，又在伊甸園東邊安設基路伯拿着發火燄的旋轉劍，來把守生命樹的路。

他帶了我回到殿門；看哪，有水從殿的門限下往東流出呢；殿的正面原是朝東的；這水從殿的右邊、祭壇的南邊往下流。

對堅持着她的、她是生命之樹；持守着她的、便稱為有福。

若有人從這神言傳講之書的話上除掉甚麼，上帝必從所記在這書上的生命樹和聖城、除掉他的分兒。』

列國必靠着她的光而行；地上的君王必將他們的光榮帶進城。

十二個大門是十二顆珍珠：每一個大門是用一顆珍珠造的。城內的街道是淨金的，像透明的玻璃。

但對你們敬畏我名的人、必有義氣之日頭昇現起來照耀你們；它的翅膀、光線、有醫治的效能。你們必騰躍着出來、像出圈的肥牛犢。

他所行的路我看見了；但我要醫治他，引導他，將安慰賞報他，為哀悼他的人創造嘴脣的果子來：願平安福利，給遠處的人，也給近處的人；永恆主說：我並且要醫治他。

他醫治心裏破碎的人，將他們的傷處裹好。

我必醫治他們的背道；我必甘心樂意地愛他們，因為我的怒氣已向他們轉消。

『主的靈在我身上，因為他膏立了我去傳好消息給窮人，差遣了我去宣傳俘虜們可得釋放，瞎眼的可得看見，打發那受壓迫的得釋放，

你去使這人民心蒙脂油，耳朵發沉，將他們的眼塗抹掉，免得他們用眼看見，用耳聽見，心裏明白，而回轉過來，而得醫治！』

永恆主啊，醫治我，我便得醫治；拯救我，我便得拯救；因為你是我所頌讚的。
