我警戒凡聞此書預言之人、此預言如有加增之者、天主必以此書所錄諸災、加於其身、

我所諭爾之言、不可增亦不可減、惟守我所諭爾主爾天主之誡命、

凡我所諭爾者、爾必謹守遵行、毋增毋減、

天主之言、爾不可增益、恐天主責爾顯爾為誑者、○

我將速至、守此書之預言者福矣、○

此預言、凡讀者與聞而守其所錄者、乃為有福、蓋日期伊邇也、○

我必震怒、依爾逆行待爾、因爾罪愆、譴責爾至於七倍、

遂可不敬父母、是爾以爾遺傳而廢天主之誡矣、偽善者乎、先知以賽亞預言指爾者誠是、其言云、斯民以口敬我、以唇尊我、其心則遠我、彼以人所命者、為教而訓人、故徒然奉事我云、

至此爾猶不聽我、我必因爾罪愆、譴責爾至於七倍、

我必依爾之逆行而待爾、必因爾罪愆、譴責爾至於七倍、必降爾兵刃之災、討爾背約之罪、爾奔集於城中、必降瘟疫於爾間、付爾於敵手、

無人追襲時亦必逃遁、彼此衝突躓蹶、如有刃擊殺、爾不能立於敵前、

勿越理欺兄弟、凡如此之事、天主必施報、此我儕已明告爾而警戒爾、

我耶穌遣我使者、以此諸事為諸教會告爾曹、我由大衛根所生者、我由大衛根所生者原文作我乃大衛之根及大衛之苗裔、乃明耀之晨星、

故我念主而勸爾、勿復逞虛妄之心而行、如他異邦人、

獸被擒、偽先知曾於獸前行異跡、誘惑受獸印誌及拜獸像者、亦同被擒、二者生投於硫磺火坑中、

爾當書達老底嘉教會使者、曰、為阿們者、為至誠真實之證者、為上帝造化之元者、如是云、

必飲天主盛怒之酒、乃無所攙雜者、斟於天主盛怒之杯、又必受苦於火與硫磺中、在諸聖天使及羔之前、彼受苦於火中、其煙上騰、永遠不熄、拜獸與其像、或受其名之印誌者、晝夜不得安息、

凡不見錄於生命書者、亦見投於火坑、

答曰、凡植物、非我在天之父所植者、其根必見拔、

惑彼之魔、見投於硫磺之火坑、即投獸與偽先知之處、晝夜受苦、至於世世、

我別見異象在天、大且奇、即七天使握末時之七災、以盡天主之怒、

握七災之七天使、自殿而出、衣皓白鮮明之枲枲或作細麻下同衣、胸繫金帶、四活物之一、以金盂七盛永生天主之怒、授於七天使、因天主之榮光威權、煙遂充滿於殿、七天使降七災未畢、無有能入殿者、我聞大聲自殿出、語七天使曰、盛天主忿怒之七盂、爾往傾之於地、第一天使、遂往傾其盂於地、即有惡毒之瘡、生於受獸印誌、拜獸像者之身、第二天使傾其盂於海、海遂變如死人之血、海中生物皆亡、第三天使傾其盂於江河水泉、皆變為血、我聞司水天使曰、今在昔在之聖主、如是審判乃公義矣、世人流聖徒及先知之血、今主以血予之飲、彼受此報、宜也、我聞有聲自祭臺出曰、然、全能之主天主、誠哉義哉爾之審判、○第四天使傾其盂於日、日即能以火曝人、人為炎熱所曝、遂謗讟有權降此諸災之天主之名、且不悔改、不以榮歸天主、第五天使傾其盂於獸之座、獸之國即晦暝、人皆痛甚而齩舌、且因生瘡痛苦、謗讟天上之主、不悔改所為、第六天使傾其盂於伯拉大河、其水即涸、為東方諸王備途、○我見有邪神似蛙者三、自龍口、獸口、及偽先知口出、此乃鬼魔之神、能行異跡、往就普天下諸王、使其在全能天主之大日集戰、主曰、我來、如盜猝至、凡警醒守衣、免其裸身現醜者有福、乃集諸王至一所、希伯來言曰、亞瑪革頓、○第七天使傾其盂於空中、即有大聲、自天上殿中之寶座出、曰、畢矣、眾聲大作、雷轟電閃、地大震、自有人生在地以來、未有地震如此之大者、大邑裂為三、異邦諸邑傾圮、巴比倫大邑為天主記憶、欲以盛天主大怒之酒杯予之飲、諸島忽無、忽無原文作皆遁山岳不見、又有大雹自天降於人、每重一他連得、一他連得約一千二百三十兩人咸受雹災、且因災甚、遂謗讟天主、
