The Spirit and the bride say,“ Come!” And let the one who hears say,“ Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.

婦曰：『先生盍以此水見賜、令我不復渴、亦無庸頻來汲水。』

又曰：「諸事圓滿矣。我乃眾妙之妙、眾徼之徼、無始之始、無終之終也。人有渴者、我當賜其從心所欲、飲於活水之泉。

節期之末日、亦即節期中主要之日也；耶穌立殿中、揚聲而言曰：『人有渴者、可就予以飲、

寅畏邀主護。天神周身圍。

我若望親睹聖邑新耶路撒冷發自天主、降自雲間、儼若新人、凝粧而待其夫壻。

婦曰：『先生既無汲水之具、而井又深、將何從而得活水乎？

上述七天神、攜有滿貯七災之七爵者、其中一神來語予曰：「偕予行、予欲示爾以新婦、即羔羊之良配也。」

實以相告、予之去、爾之益也。蓋予不去、則保慰恩師不至。予去當遣之來。彼既來、必有以令世知罪、知義、知判。知罪者、以若輩不予信也；知義者、以予歸父而爾不復睹予也；知判者、以斯世之君已受判也。尚有多端、欲與爾言、惟此時爾尚不堪受之。一俟真諦之神來臨、必能循循誘爾洞達微妙。彼所言亦非由己；有所聞、乃言之；當示爾以將臨之事、且必歸榮於予也。何則、彼將受之於予、而授之於爾也。蓋父之所有、亦即予之所有、故曰：『彼將受於予而授於爾。』

天神復示我以活水之川、澄澈如水晶、自天主及羔羊寶座源源而來。

故人之稱義、惟憑耶穌基督之救贖；此實天主之慈恩、不勞而獲者也。

願凡有耳者、諦聽聖神對諸教會之訓示：凡百折不撓、終克致勝者、吾必食以上主樂園生命之菓也。

我耶穌親遣天神以諸事示爾者、乃為眾教區之益。吾乃大維之根苗、光明燦爛之晨星。」

吾人所受者非世俗之精神、乃天主之聖神；故能領會天主所賜於吾人之一切也。

具徵吾儕之授爾以福音、不僅以言、且以神力與聖神、實事求是、廓然不疑。吾儕向在爾中服務、爾等固知其為何如人也。而爾等不計危難、毅然服膺聖道、且受聖神之靈感、而怡然自樂；是則爾等不惟以吾儕為則、直以主為法矣。因是爾等已成為馬其頓亞該亞一般信徒之楷式。蓋主之聖道已由爾處向外發揚、不僅在馬其頓亞該亞而已、即在其他各地、爾等之篤信天主，已風傳遐邇、已不須吾儕之自為鼓吹矣。

對曰：『來觀。』二徒即往視其居；時已正申、當晚遂同宿。聞如望所言而從耶穌之二徒、其一即為西門、伯鐸祿之兄安得烈。安得烈先遇其弟西門、而告之曰：『吾儕已遇美使。』美使之為言、基督也。遂引西門謁耶穌、耶穌注目視之曰：『汝非若納之子西門乎？此後當稱爾為基法。』「基法」者伯鐸祿也。又次日、耶穌赴加利利、適遇斐理伯、諭之曰：『從予！』斐理伯者、百賽達人、安得烈伯鐸祿之同鄉也。斐理伯遇納大那、告之曰：『摩西書及諸先知所預言者、我儕今已遇之、即若瑟之子、納匝勒人耶穌是已。』納大那曰：『納匝勒焉有良產？』斐理伯曰：『盍來一觀。』

眾皆紛紛出城、而趨謁之。
