惡者篤於惡、邪者篤於邪、義者篤於義、聖者篤於聖。

Let the one who does wrong continue to do wrong; let the vile person continue to be vile; let the one who does right continue to do right; and let the holy person continue to be holy.”

Let the person who does wrong keep on doing wrong. Let the evil person continue to be evil. Let the person who does right keep on doing what is right. And let the holy person continue to be holy.”

Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.”

Let the one who is doing harm continue to do harm; let the one who is vile continue to be vile; let the one who is righteous continue to live righteously; let the one who is holy continue to be holy.”

Let the unrighteous go on in unrighteousness; let the filthy still be filthy; let the righteous go on in righteousness; let the holy still be holy.”

Let the one who does wrong still do wrong, and the one who is filthy still be filthy; and let the one who is righteous still practice righteousness, and the one who is holy still keep himself holy.”

He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”

He that is unrighteous, let him do unrighteousness still: and he that is filthy, let him be made filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him do righteousness still: and he that is holy, let him be made holy still.

將有多人自潔而白、以得試鍊、惟惡人仍行惡、惡者不悟此、智者則悟焉、

惟我諭爾時、必啟爾口、爾則告之曰、主耶和華云、聽者任之、不聽者亦任之、彼乃悖逆之家也、

但行惡與矯誣者、其惡日滋、迷人而亦受迷、

義者之道、有若朝暉、愈升愈明、迨至中午、

姑聽之、彼乃瞽而導者、以瞽導瞽、二者皆陷於坑矣、

飢渴慕義者福矣、以其將得飽也、

惡人遇難而見仆、義者臨死而有託、

夫能保爾無蹶、立爾於其有榮之前、歡然無瑕、獨一之上帝、我之救者、

然義人仍守厥道、手潔者久而彌強、

道旁見無花果樹就之、無所得、惟葉而已、謂之曰、今而後、爾永不實、樹即枯、

耶穌又曰、我往矣、爾將尋我、而必死於爾罪、我往之所、爾不能至、

我召爾、爾弗從、我伸手、莫之顧、我之規訓、爾蔑視之、我之斥責、爾弗受之、爾遭患難、我必哂之、爾受恐惶、我必嗤之、爾之恐惶、如狂風之來、爾之患難、如颶風之至、罹憂傷、遇窘苦、斯時呼籲我、我弗應、切尋我、而弗得、因其憎惡知識、不喜寅畏耶和華、不受我之規訓、輕忽我之斥責、故必依其所行、而食其果、循其所謀、而饜其欲、樸拙者戮於卻退、愚蠢者滅於安逸、惟聽我者、必宴然居處、得享寧靜、不畏遭禍、

立之己前、為有榮者、無瑕皺等疵、乃聖而無玷也、

往沽時、新娶者至、有備者同入婚筵、而門閉矣、

我則任其剛愎厥心、依己所謀而行兮、

今因其身之死、致爾復和、維聖、無疵、無咎、薦於其前、

雲充以雨、則注於地、樹向南或向北而倒、終在所倒之處、

其四傾盂於日、日遂以火曝人、人為酷熱所曝、遂謗讟掌此諸災上帝之名、又弗改悔、而以榮歸之、○其五傾盂於獸之座、其國遂暗、人因痛而齕舌、且因其痛其瘍謗讟在天之上帝、而不悔其所行、○

且有大雹、自天而降、各重一鈞、人因雹災、謗讟上帝、蓋其災甚大也、

長老之一謂我曰、衣白衣者為誰、適從何來、對曰、我主乎、爾自知之、曰、此乃出乎大難而來、曾以羔之血滌其衣而白之矣、故於上帝座前、晝夜事之殿中、居於座者、將庇之以幕、

咒詛不復有、上帝及羔之座在焉、其僕將事之、
