They say,‘ Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.’Therefore prophesy and say to them:‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel.Then you, my people, will know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and bring you up from them.I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the Lord have spoken, and I have done it, declares the Lord.’”

The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.”

But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.The rest were killed with the sword coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

But after the three and a half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them.

and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth— Gog and Magog— and to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore.They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them.

and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”

For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?
