当那一千年完结了，撒旦就要从它的监禁中被释放出来。它将出去迷惑在大地四角中的列国，就是歌革和玛各，召集他们参与战争；他们的人数多如海沙。他们上来布满了宽阔的大地，包围了圣徒的营地，就是那蒙爱的城。可是有火从天上降下来，吞灭了他们。然后那迷惑他们的魔鬼被丢进烈火和硫磺的湖里，就是那兽和那假先知所在的地方；他们将日夜受折磨，直到永永远远。

你所看见的那兽，先前在而现今不在，并将要从无底坑里上来，然后走向灭亡。住在地上的人，凡是名字从创世以来没有被记在生命册上的，看见那先前在而现今不在，并将要出现的兽时，都会感到惊奇。

这不法之人的到来，是出于撒旦的作为，对那些正在灭亡的人，使用一切能力、虚假的神迹和奇事，并且使用一切不义的诡计，因为他们不接受那能使他们得救的真理之爱。为此，神就把一种迷惑人的力量送进他们里面，使他们相信虚假之事，

其实它们是鬼魔的灵，能行奇迹；它们出去到普天下的众君王那里，召集他们参与神、全能者大日子的战争。“看哪，我要来临，就像贼来临那样！那警醒并保持衣着在身，免得赤身行走被人看见他羞处的，这样的人是蒙福的。”于是，那些鬼魔的灵把众君王都召集到一个地方；希伯来语叫做“哈米吉多顿”。

因为这样的人是假使徒，是诡诈的工人，他们装做基督的使徒。这并不足为奇，原来撒旦自己也装做光明的天使；所以，即使他的仆人把自己装做义的仆人，也不足为怪；他们的结局必然照着他们的行为。

在你的眼中，千年如已过的昨日，又如夜间的一更。

可是我担心，恐怕你们的思想受到败坏，离开对基督的忠实和贞洁，就像蛇用它的诡计欺骗了夏娃那样。

藉着那些奇迹，就是它被准许在第一只兽面前所行的奇迹，它就迷惑了住在地上的人，告诉住在地上的人，要为那受刀伤却活过来的兽，造一个像。

因为假基督们和假先知们会出现，行大神迹和奇事，如果有可能，甚至迷惑那些蒙拣选的人。

地上的众君王曾与她行淫乱，住在地上的人也喝醉了她淫乱的酒。”

可是，各位蒙爱的人哪，你们不可忽略这一点：在主看来，一日如千年，千年如一日。
