乃見一純白大寶座、至尊聖主坐焉；天地見之、逡巡而遁、無所自容。

我又看見一個新天新地，因為先前的天和先前的地已經過去了，海也不再有了。

於是鐵、泥、銅、銀、金都一同砸得粉碎，如夏天禾場上的糠粃，被風吹散，無處可尋。打碎這像的石頭成了一座大山，覆蓋全地。

但主的日子要像賊一樣來到；那日，天必在轟然一聲中消失，天體都要被烈火熔化，地和地上的萬物都要燒盡。既然這一切都要如此消失，你們處世為人必須聖潔敬虔，等候並催促上帝的日子來到。因為在那日，天要被火燒而消滅，天體都要被烈火熔化。

你竟放任你剛硬不悔改的心，為自己累積憤怒！在憤怒的日子，上帝公義的審判要顯示出來。

但現在的天地還是憑着上帝的話存留，直留到不敬虔之人受審判遭沉淪的日子，用火焚燒。

「當人子在他榮耀裏，同着眾天使來臨的時候，要坐在他榮耀的寶座上。

天地要廢去，我的話卻絕不廢去。」

我觀看地，看哪，地是空虛混沌；我觀看天，天也無光。我觀看大山，看哪，盡都震動，小山也都搖來搖去。我觀看，看哪，無人；空中的飛鳥也都躲避。我觀看，看哪，肥田變為荒地；所有城鎮在耶和華面前，因他的烈怒都被拆毀。

天就裂開，好像書卷被捲起來；山嶺海島都被移動離開原位。

他抓住那龍，那古蛇，就是魔鬼、撒但，把牠捆綁了一千年，

牠們都打敗了，天上再也沒有牠們的地方。

世人蒙昧無知的時候，上帝並不追究，如今卻吩咐各處的人都要悔改。因為他已經定了日子，要藉着他所設立的人按公義審判天下，並且使他從死人中復活，給萬人作可信的憑據。」

各海島都逃避了，眾山也不見了。

我立刻被聖靈感動，見有一個寶座安置在天上，有一位坐在寶座上。

公義和公平是你寶座的根基，慈愛和信實行在你前面。

你們叫困苦人的籌算變為羞辱，然而耶和華是他的避難所。但願以色列的救恩出自錫安。當耶和華救回他被擄子民的時候，雅各要快樂，以色列要歡喜。

你絕不會做這樣的事，把義人與惡人一同殺了，使義人與惡人一樣。你絕不會這樣！審判全地的主豈不做公平的事嗎？」

密雲和幽暗在他四圍，公義和公平是他寶座的根基。

惟耶和華坐在王位上，直到永遠；他已經為審判擺設寶座。他要按公義審判世界，按正直判斷萬民。

他使地震動，離其本位，地的柱子就搖撼。

上帝作王治理列國，上帝坐在他的聖寶座上。

後來我看見天開了。有一匹白馬，騎在馬上的稱為「誠信」、「真實」，他審判和爭戰都憑着公義。
