我又看見一個白色的大寶座和坐在上面的那位。在祂面前，天地都逃避了，消失得無影無蹤。

乃見一純白大寶座、至尊聖主坐焉；天地見之、逡巡而遁、無所自容。

接著我看見一個新天新地，因為以前的天地都消逝了，海洋也不復存在了。

鐵、泥、銅、銀、金隨即粉碎，猶如夏天麥場上的糠秕，被風吹得無影無蹤。但打碎這像的石頭變成一座大山，充滿整個大地。

不過，主再來的日子要像賊一樣突然臨到。那日，諸天必在一聲巨響中消失，有形有質的都要被烈火焚毀，大地和其中的一切將不復存在。一切都要這樣被焚毀，你們在熱切等候上帝來臨的日子期間，該怎樣過聖潔、敬虔的生活啊！因為到那日，天要被火焚毀，有形有質的都要被烈火熔化燒盡。

你這樣硬著心不肯悔改等於是為自己積蓄烈怒，上帝的烈怒在祂施行公義審判的那天必臨到你。

同樣，現在的天地要憑上帝的話語存留到不敬虔的人被審判和毀滅的日子，那時天地要被火焚燒。

「當人子在祂的榮耀中與眾天使降臨的時候，祂要坐在榮耀的寶座上，

天地都要過去，但我的話永遠長存。

我俯瞰大地，一片空虛混沌；我仰望天空，毫無亮光。我眺望群山，大山在顫抖，小山在搖晃。我四下觀看，只見杳無人煙，飛鳥絕跡。我四下觀看，只見良田變荒野，城邑都在耶和華的烈怒下淪為廢墟。

天空也像書卷被捲起來，所有的山嶺和海島都被挪離原位。

他捉住巨龍，就是那古蛇——魔鬼，又名撒旦，將牠捆綁一千年。

那巨龍敗下陣來，天上再沒有牠們的立足之地，

「上帝以往不鑒察世人的無知，現在則命令世上所有的人都要悔改。因為祂已經定了日子，要藉祂所設立的人按公義審判這個世界。祂叫那人從死裡復活，給了全人類可信的憑據。」

海島都沉沒了，山嶺也都不見了，

我便立刻被聖靈感動，看見天上安設著一個寶座，有一位坐在寶座上，

你的寶座以公平和正義為根基，你以慈愛和信實為先鋒。

你們惡人使困苦人的計劃落空，但耶和華是他們的避難所。願以色列的拯救來自錫安！耶和華救回祂被擄的子民時，雅各要歡欣，以色列要快樂。

你絕不會黑白不分，把義人和惡人一同毀滅。你是普天下的審判者，難道不秉公行事嗎？」

密雲和黑暗環繞在祂周圍，公義和公平是祂寶座的根基。

耶和華永遠掌權，祂已設立施行審判的寶座。祂要以公義審判世界，在萬民中伸張正義。

祂震動大地，使其挪位，以致地的支柱搖撼。

祂坐在聖潔的寶座上治理列國。

我看見天開了，有一匹白馬出來，馬上的騎士名叫「誠信真實」，祂憑公義審判、作戰。
