that one‘ will rule them with an iron scepter and will dash them to pieces like pottery’— just as I have received authority from my Father.

It is written,“ They will rule them with an iron scepter. They will break them to pieces like clay pots.”( Psalm 2:9) Their authority is like the authority I’ve received from my Father.

and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.

They will rule the nations with an iron rod and smash them like clay pots.

‘ He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’— as I also have received from My Father;

From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.

Like sheep they sink down to Sheol; Death will be their shepherd; And the upright will rule over them in the morning, And their form shall be for Sheol to consume So that they have no lofty home.

until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom.

The godly ones shall be jubilant in glory; They shall sing for joy on their beds.The high praises of God shall be in their mouths, And a two edged sword in their hands,To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishment on the peoples,To bind their kings with chains, And their dignitaries with shackles of iron,To execute against them the judgment written.
