而且，洞察人心的那一位，知道聖靈的意念是什麼，因為聖靈是按神的意思為聖徒代求的。

人子將要在他父的榮耀中，與他的天使們一起來臨。那時候，他要按照各人的所作所為回報每個人。

願惡人的惡斷絕，願你使義人堅立！公義的神哪，你是察驗人心思和肺腑的。

他們就禱告說：「主啊，你洞察每個人的心。求你從這兩個人中，指明你所揀選的是哪一位，

但耶穌自己卻信不過他們，因為他了解所有的人。他也不需要誰來見證人的事，因為他知道人裡面是什麼。

難道神不會洞察這事嗎？要知道，他明白人心裡的隱祕。

主啊，慈愛也在於你，因為你照著各人所做的回報他。

但耶和華對撒母耳說：「不要看他的容貌和他的高大身材，其實我已經厭棄了他。因為我所看的不像人所看的；人是看眼所見的，耶和華是看內心。」

可是你照著頑固和不悔改的心，為那震怒的日子，就是神公義審判顯現的日子，給自己積蓄了震怒。神將照著各人的行為回報各人：對那些恆心行善，尋求榮耀、尊貴、不朽的，就以永恆的生命回報他們；而對那些營私爭競、不肯信從真理、反信從不義的，就以震怒和憤恨回報他們。神要把患難和困苦加給一切作惡之人的靈魂，先是猶太人的，後是外邦人的；而把榮耀、尊貴、平安賜給所有做美善事的人，先是猶太人，後是外邦人。要知道，神是不偏待人的。

你們既然稱不偏待人、只按每個人的行為施行審判的那一位為父，就應當懷著敬畏的心，過你們寄居的日子，

我又看見死去的人，無論尊貴卑微，都站在那寶座前。書卷都打開了；另有一個書卷也打開了，這就是生命冊。死去的人都憑著書卷中所記的，照著他們的行為受審判。

耶和華啊，求你察驗我，試驗我，熬煉我的肺腑心腸！

因為我們大家都必須站在基督的審判臺前，好使每個人都為自己藉著身體所做的，或善或惡，領受回報。

並且被造之物在神面前，沒有一樣不是顯明的；萬有在他眼前，都是赤裸敞開的；我們都要向他交代。

你們要告訴義人，他們會一切平順，因為他們必吃自己行為所結的果實。惡人卻有禍了，他們必遭災難，因為他們手所做的必回報到自己身上。

「凡是有耳的，就應當聽聖靈向各教會所說的話！那得勝的，絕不會被第二次的死亡所傷害。

我又觀看，看哪，有一匹灰綠色的馬。那騎馬的，名叫「死亡」，陰間伴隨著他。他們被賜予了權柄可以統管地上的四分之一，用刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫和地上的野獸去殺害人。

耶穌第三次問他：「約翰的兒子西門，你喜愛我嗎？」彼得感到憂傷，因為耶穌第三次是對他說：「你喜愛我嗎？」彼得說：「主啊，你知道一切，你知道我喜愛你。」耶穌對他說：「餵養我的羊。

「凡是有耳的，就應當聽聖靈向各教會所說的話！那得勝的，我將要准許他吃神樂園中生命樹的果子。

由此可見，我們每個人都要把自己的事向神做出交代。

因為每個人都要擔當自己的擔子。
