然尚有稍可責爾者、因爾容彼自稱為先知之婦耶洗別教異端、誘我僕行淫、食祭偶像之物、

吾所不滿於爾者、以爾優容彼婦葉撒伯爾也。該婦自稱女先知、而以邪道熒惑吾之諸僕、誘其行淫、且食祭像之物。

Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality and the eating of food sacrificed to idols.

‘ But here is what I have against you. You put up with that woman Jezebel. She calls herself a prophet. With her teaching, she has led my servants into sexual sin. She has tricked them into eating food offered to statues of gods.

But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants to practice sexual immorality and to eat food sacrificed to idols.

“ But I have this complaint against you. You are permitting that woman— that Jezebel who calls herself a prophet— to lead my servants astray. She teaches them to commit sexual sin and to eat food offered to idols.

But I have this against you: You tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and teaches and deceives my servants to commit sexual immorality and to eat meat sacrificed to idols.

But I have this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and leads My bond servants astray so that they commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.

Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.

But I have this against thee, that thou sufferest the woman Jezebel, who calleth herself a prophetess; and she teacheth and seduceth my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed to idols.

But I have this against you: You tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and teaches and deceives My slaves to commit sexual immorality and to eat meat sacrificed to idols.

Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

But I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and by her teaching deceives my servants to commit sexual immorality and to eat food sacrificed to idols.

But I have this against you, that you tolerate your woman, Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. She teaches and seduces my servants to commit sexual immorality, and to eat things sacrificed to idols.

惟爾有可責數事、昔巴蘭慫恿巴勒、誘以色列人、食祭偶之物、且行淫、爾中有人從之、

從尼八子耶羅破暗所行、猶為細事、乃娶西頓王、謁巴力女、耶洗別為后、遂服事崇拜巴力、

不觀夫以色列族、食祭物者、非共享祭壇乎、吾非謂有主偶像者、亦非謂祭偶像之物、而物遂異、蓋異邦人所祭者、非祭上帝、乃祭諸鬼、我不欲爾與鬼交、爾既飲主之杯、則不可飲鬼之杯、爾既共主之席、則不可共鬼之席、

爾必滅爾主亞哈之家、昔耶洗別殺我先知眾僕、故行殲滅、以雪其忿。

即勿淫、勿食血、勿食祭偶物、勒死牲、戒此幸甚、伏惟萬福、

遺書戒之曰、勿淫、祭偶之污、勒死之牲、若血、勿食、

論及耶洗別、耶和華云、近耶斯烈城、耶洗別必為犬所噬。凡亞哈所屬者、死於城邑、犬必食之、死於曠野、飛鳥食之。自昔以來、未有若亞哈、在耶和華前、惟惡是務、為其后耶洗別所慫慂、

彼知未至、見爾有知、席坐偶像之廟、不亦敢食祭偶像之物乎、如是、則知未至之兄弟、縱有基督代死、將以爾之知沉淪矣、然爾得罪兄弟、傷其知未至之心、亦得罪基督、獨何歟、

勿與居民立約、恐彼狥欲、從其上帝而獻祭、遂招爾曹共食祭物。

亞哈以以利亞殺其先知、及凡所為、告耶洗別。耶洗別遣人告以利亞曰、如於明日斯時、我不殺爾、若爾殺彼者、則願上帝降罰於我。

耶戶至耶斯烈、耶洗別聞之、則櫛髮修容、自牖而窺。耶戶入宮門時、耶洗別曰、昔心哩弒厥王、豈得平康乎。耶戶仰觀牖間、曰、誰肯助我。二三宦豎、自牖而窺。耶戶曰、可擲此婦、使隕於下。遂擲之、血濺於墻、及於馬。耶戶蹴以足。遂入宮中、式飲式食、既畢、則謂左右曰、是婦雖服咒詛、然為王女、當往觀而瘞其尸。往欲葬之、僅得其頭顱、及手足之掌而已。左右反告。耶戶曰、昔耶和華命的庇人以利亞云、在耶斯烈田、耶洗別必為犬所噬、其尸必化糞壤、於耶斯烈田、後人不得指之而言、是乃耶洗別尸、是言應矣。

然爾猶有疵可摘、爾初愛我、今則漠然、

耶洗別、曰爾非統轄以色列國者乎、可歡然飲食、我將以耶斯烈人拿泊之園予爾。遂藉亞哈名作書、鈐以王印、致於拿泊所居、邑中之長老世職、曰、當使民禁食、在民間舉拿泊於高坐、令匪類二人作證、曰、爾詛上帝與王。遂曳之出、擊之以石、而斃其命。邑人與長老世職、遵耶洗別書所言而行、使民禁食、在民間舉拿泊於高坐。其時匪類二人進、而坐於前、以作證、訟拿泊曰、拿泊詛上帝與王。乃解之至邑外、石擊斃命。遣人告耶洗別曰、拿泊石擊而死。耶洗別聞言、則告亞哈曰、耶斯烈人拿泊之葡萄園、初不欲以金鬻爾者、今可得焉。蓋拿泊已死。

以色列族居失亭、淫於摩押女、摩押女祭其上帝、請以色列族至、遂食祭品、共相崇拜、

設有告爾者曰、此祭偶像之物、則勿食、以告爾者、亦心疑故也、蓋天下萬物、無不屬主、

可飲溪水、我命阿利冰族、供爾養贍。

以利亞曰、毋懼、爾往、如爾所言以行、先作小餅予我、後為爾及爾子作餅、可也。
