I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance, and that you are now doing more than you did at first.

‘ I know what you are doing. I know your love and your faith. I know how well you have served. I know you don’t give up easily. In fact, you are doing more now than you did at first.

“ I know all the things you do. I have seen your love, your faith, your service, and your patient endurance. And I can see your constant improvement in all these things.

I know your works— your love, faithfulness, service, and endurance. I know that your last works are greater than the first.

‘ I know your deeds, and your love and faith, and service and perseverance, and that your deeds of late are greater than at first.

“ I know your works, love, service, faith, and your patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first.

I know thy works, and thy love and faith and ministry and patience, and that thy last works are more than the first.

I know your works— your love, faithfulness, service, and endurance. Your last works are greater than the first.

I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last[ to be] more than the first.

The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.

“‘ I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but have tested those who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false.I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name’s sake, and you have not grown weary.But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first.

We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing.

and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.

Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

But now that Timothy has come to us from you, and has brought us the good news of your faith and love and reported that you always remember us kindly and long to see us, as we long to see you—

Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.

And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogantor rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.

They still bear fruit in old age; they are ever full of sap and green,

Yet the righteous holds to his way, and he who has clean hands grows stronger and stronger.

“‘ I know where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. Yet you hold fast my name, and you did not deny my faith even in the days of Antipas my faithful witness, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.

“‘ I know your tribulation and your poverty( but you are rich) and the slander of those who say that they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
