The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God, who was seated on the throne. And they cried:“ Amen, Hallelujah!”

四靈物應曰：「心焉祝之。」諸老俯伏而頂禮焉。

可頌惟主。義塞之宰。振古如茲。乃至萬代。願爾兆民。同心愛戴。

主之聖名。流芳永古。主之光榮。充布下土。耿耿之祝。湧自心府。誰為此曲。小子大維。大維伊阿。耶瑟之裔。

厥後、聞大聲髣髴自天上廣眾而發曰：「普天同慶！當將一切救恩、光榮、權能歸我天主；

強敵日相逼。何以舒憂心。蹙蹙靡所騁。何日聞德音。

凡予所諭於爾者、爾亦當教之共守。予日與爾俱、迄於世末。』

座之四周、設有二十四位、二十四老、白衣、戴金冠而坐。時有電光、宏音、雷鳴、發自寶座。座前七燈、皆燃、即天主之七神也。更有琉璃平鋪若海、澄澈如水晶。座之前後左右有靈物四、徧體皆目、一似獅、二似犢、三有面如人、四若飛隼。靈物各有六翼、內外皆目、晝夜不息而歌曰：聖哉、聖哉、聖哉！天地萬有之主宰！無古今與未來、全能天主永遠在。當靈物頌讚致謝坐於寶座之永生者時、二十四老俯伏寶座主前、肅然朝拜永生者、而投其榮冠於座前曰：

不然、爾若僅用心魂祝頌、則在無術者將莫明爾之所云、又何以應爾之稱謝而曰『心焉祝之』乎？

俾立主前。不被搖動。

即自其右手取卷；既得卷、四靈物及二十四老咸俯伏羔羊前、各抱一琴、及滿貯靈香之金爐；靈香者、眾聖之祈禱也。諸老合奏新歌一曲、其詞曰：誰堪受其書而啟其緘兮、惟爾具斯大德、爾曾自獻為犧牲兮、流爾寶血；贖元元於各種各族兮、萬邦重譯；俾翕然歸返乎天主兮、以成神國；為王為鐸兮、統御寰域。時見群神、繞寶座及靈物諸老而環立、其數千千萬萬、

免我墮誘惑、拯我出咎殃。

時四靈物之一、授七天神以七大金爵、滿貯永生天主之義憤。

角七鳴、天上眾音並作、相和而言曰：普天之下、率土之濱、咸歸天主、基督是君、千秋萬歲、統於一尊。於是在天主前居位之二十四老俯伏而拜天主曰：
