彼昔自榮與奢華若何、使之痛苦悲哀亦若何、蓋彼自謂我位后矣、非嫠也、決不至悲哀也、

其素自榮華靡、故使之疾苦痛哭、亦若是、彼自謂女王、非嫠婦、必不痛哭、

彼如何自榮、如何奢華、當使之如何痛苦哀哭、蓋彼心內云、我坐后位、我非嫠婦、永不至哀哭、

將與當日之榮華侈泰相稱。彼心中自言曰：「我乃王后、而非寡婦、必無憂戚之日。」

Give her as much torment and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself. In her heart she boasts,‘ I sit enthroned as queen. I am not a widow; I will never mourn.’

Give her as much pain and suffering as the glory and wealth she gave herself. She brags to herself,‘ I rule on a throne like a queen. I am not a widow. I will never mourn.’( Isaiah 47:7, 8)

As she glorified herself and lived in luxury, so give her a like measure of torment and mourning, since in her heart she says,‘ I sit as a queen, I am no widow, and mourning I shall never see.’

How much soever she glorified herself, and waxed wanton, so much give her of torment and mourning: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall in no wise see mourning.

However much she glorified herself, and grew wanton, so much give her of torment and mourning. For she says in her heart,‘ I sit a queen, and am no widow, and will in no way see mourning.’

你曾說：『我必永遠作王后！』你不把這些事放在心上，也不顧念事情的結局。「因此，你這驕奢的人哪——你安然居住，心裡說：『只有我，除我以外再沒有別的；我必不會寡居，也不會經歷喪子之事。』——現在你要聽這話：喪子和寡居這兩件事必在一日之內突然臨到你！你的法術再多，符咒再有威力，這兩件事也必全然臨到你！

到那日，主萬軍之耶和華呼籲你們哭泣哀號、剃光頭髮、束上麻布。看哪！你們卻歡喜快樂，殺牛宰羊，吃肉喝酒，說：「讓我們吃喝吧！因為明天我們就要死了。」萬軍之耶和華親自啟示我：「這罪孽，你們到死也絕不會贖清！」這是主萬軍之耶和華說的。

「巴比倫處女啊，下來，坐在塵土中！迦勒底女子啊，坐在地上，沒有寶座！因為人必不再稱你為柔弱嬌嫩的了。你要拿石磨去磨麵粉；你要揭開面紗，脫去長裙，露出大腿，渡過河去。

他反對一切被稱為神的，或受人敬拜的，他又高抬自己在這一切之上，甚至坐在神的聖所裡宣稱自己是神。我還在你們那裡的時候，一直告訴你們這些事，你們不記得嗎？你們也知道，現在什麼攔阻了他，好使他在所定的時候被顯露出來。其實這不法的奧祕已經在做工，只是要等到那現在攔阻他的不在其中，然後這不法之人要被顯露出來。主耶穌要以自己口中的氣殺掉他，藉著自己來臨的顯現除去他。

屬你的尊貴婦女中，有君王們的女兒；王后佩戴俄斐的黃金，站在你右邊。
