又恐我再至時、上帝卑我於爾前、我將為彼干罪諸人、未改悔其污穢淫亂、邪侈之行者而憂也、

風箱猛烈、鉛銷於火、鍊之不已、終屬徒勞、惡者未除也、人必稱為棄銀、蓋耶和華棄之矣、

言時、使者至、王隨至、曰、此災降自耶和華、我何為復徯耶和華乎、

我告爾、非也、爾弗改悔、皆將如斯而亡、○

亞哈斯王困苦之際、愈干犯耶和華、

其餘未死於此災者、不悔其手之所為、仍拜諸鬼與金銀銅木石之偶、乃不能見不能聞不能行者也、

其五傾盂於獸之座、其國遂暗、人因痛而齕舌、且因其痛其瘍謗讟在天之上帝、而不悔其所行、○
