And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What[ city is] like unto this great city!And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward.And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and[ they shall be] driven to darkness.

And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast[ him] into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Honour all[ men]. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.

And shall cut him asunder, and appoint[ him] his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels[ among them].

And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast[ it] into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

And their dead bodies[ shall lie] in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

And here[ is] the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty[ and] two months.

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you[ yourselves] thrust out.

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as[ the feet] of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who[ is] like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
