因呼喊者的聲音，門檻的根基震動，殿裏充滿了煙雲。

吹號的、歌唱的都合一齊聲，讚美稱謝耶和華。他們配合號筒、鐃鈸和其他樂器，揚聲讚美耶和華：「耶和華本為善，他的慈愛永遠長存！」那時，耶和華的殿充滿了雲彩。祭司因雲彩的緣故不能站立供職，因為耶和華的榮光充滿了上帝的殿。

那時，雲彩遮蓋會幕，耶和華的榮光充滿了帳幕。摩西不能進會幕，因為雲彩停在其上，耶和華的榮光充滿了帳幕。

祭司從聖所出來的時候，有雲充滿耶和華的殿，祭司因雲彩的緣故不能站立供職，因為耶和華的榮光充滿了耶和華的殿。

耶和華的聲音驚動母鹿落胎，樹林也脫落淨光。凡在他殿中的，都述說他的榮耀。

他們要受懲罰，永遠沉淪，與主的面和他權能的榮光隔絕。

我看見在天上有另一兆頭，大而且奇，就是七位天使掌管末了的七種災難，因為上帝的烈怒在這七種災難中發盡了。

深哉，上帝的豐富、智慧和知識！他的判斷何其難測！他的蹤跡何其難尋！

他的鼻孔冒煙上騰，他的口發火焚燒，連煤炭也燒着了。他使天垂下，親自降臨，黑雲在他腳下。他乘坐基路伯飛行，藉着風的翅膀快飛，以黑暗為藏身之處，以水的黑暗、天空的密雲作四圍的行宮。因他發出光輝，冰雹和火炭穿透密雲。耶和華在天上打雷，至高者發出聲音，就有冰雹和火炭。他射出箭來，使仇敵四散；發出連串的閃電，擊潰他們。

你以密雲圍着自己，禱告不能穿透。

耶和華對我說：「雖有摩西和撒母耳站在我面前，我的心也不顧惜這百姓。你把他們從我眼前趕出，叫他們出去吧！
