殿裡因為上帝的榮耀和權能而煙霧彌漫，人們必須等到七位天使將七樣災禍降完，才能進入聖殿。

他們的聲音震動聖殿的根基，聖殿裡煙雲彌漫。

耶和華的聲音擊倒橡樹，使樹木凋零。眾人在祂殿中高呼：「榮耀歸於耶和華！」

那些人要受的刑罰就是離開主的面和祂榮耀的權能，永遠滅亡。

我看見天上又有一個宏大奇異的景象，有七位天使掌管著最後的七種災禍，上帝要藉這些災禍發盡祂的烈怒。

啊，上帝的智慧和知識多麼博大精深！祂的判斷多麼難測！祂的蹤跡多麼難尋！

祂的鼻孔冒煙，口噴烈焰和火炭。祂撥開雲天，腳踩密雲，親自降臨。祂乘著基路伯天使飛翔，乘著風的翅膀疾馳。祂藏身於黑暗中，四圍以密雲作幔幕。從祂面前的榮光中，冰雹和火炭衝破雲層。耶和華在天上打雷，至高者發出的聲音響徹在冰雹和火炭中。祂射出利箭驅散仇敵，發出閃電擊潰他們。

你以密雲遮蓋自己，以致禱告達不到你那裡。

耶和華對我說：「就算摩西和撒母耳站在我面前求情，我也不會憐憫這些百姓。你把他們從我面前趕走吧！
