接著又一位天使說：「巴比倫大城倒塌了！倒塌了！她曾引誘萬民喝她那淫亂的烈酒。」

又有第二位天使接着说：“叫万民喝邪淫、大怒之酒的巴比伦大城倾倒了！倾倒了！”

另有第二位天使接着说：“倾覆了！那曾叫列国喝淫乱、烈怒之酒的大巴比伦倾覆了！”

另有第二位天使接着说：“倾覆了！那曾叫列国喝淫乱、烈怒之酒的大巴比伦倾覆了！”

接着又一位天使说：“巴比伦大城倒塌了！倒塌了！她曾引诱万民喝她那淫乱的烈酒。”

又有第二位天使接着说：“倾倒了！大巴比伦倾倒了！它曾经叫列国喝它淫乱烈怒的酒。”

另一位天使，就是第二位天使跟着说：“倒塌了！大巴比伦倒塌了！她给万国喝了她淫乱愤怒的酒。”

又有第二位天使接着說：「叫萬民喝邪淫、大怒之酒的巴比倫大城傾倒了！傾倒了！」

另有第二位天使接着說：「傾覆了！那曾叫列國喝淫亂、烈怒之酒的大巴比倫傾覆了！」

另有第二位天使接着說：「傾覆了！那曾叫列國喝淫亂、烈怒之酒的大巴比倫傾覆了！」

又有第二位天使接著說：“傾倒了！大巴比倫傾倒了！它曾經叫列國喝它淫亂烈怒的酒。”

另有一位第二位天使跟着說：『傾覆了，傾覆了，大巴比倫，那曾叫列國喝她猛烈淫亂之酒的！』

另一位天使，就是第二位天使跟著說：「倒塌了！大巴比倫倒塌了！她給萬國喝了她淫亂憤怒的酒。」

又有第二使者從之曰、傾矣乎、傾矣乎、大巴比倫、使萬國飲其淫亂干怒之酒者也、○

又一天使、旋踵至曰、大邑巴比倫、使萬國飲淫亂之鴆酒、故傾圮、

又一天使隨其後、曰、大邑巴比倫、使萬國飲其邪淫之毒酒、邪淫之毒酒或作干怒之酒傾矣、傾矣、或作大邑巴比倫傾矣傾矣因使萬國飲其邪淫之毒酒

又一天神隨其後而言曰：「盛極一時之巴比倫、素以荒淫之酒鴆毒天下萬國者、已見傾覆、」

A second angel followed and said,“‘ Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great,’ which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.”

A second angel followed him. He said,“‘ Fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen!’( Isaiah 21:9) The city of Babylon made all the nations drink the strong wine of her terrible sins.”

Another angel, a second, followed, saying,“ Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, she who made all nations drink the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality.”

Then another angel followed him through the sky, shouting,“ Babylon is fallen— that great city is fallen— because she made all the nations of the world drink the wine of her passionate immorality.”

And another, a second angel, followed, saying,“ It has fallen, Babylon the Great has fallen. She made all the nations drink the wine of her sexual immorality, which brings wrath.”

And another angel, a second one, followed, saying,“ Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, she who has made all the nations drink of the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality.”

And another angel followed, saying,“ Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.”

And another, a second angel, followed, saying, Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, that hath made all the nations to drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

A second angel followed, saying:“ It has fallen, Babylon the Great has fallen, who made all nations drink the wine of her sexual immorality, which brings wrath.”

And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

A second angel followed the first, declaring:“ Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great city! She made all the nations drink of the wine of her immoral passion.”

Another, a second angel, followed, saying,“ Babylon the great has fallen, which has made all the nations to drink of the wine of the wrath of her sexual immorality.”

看啊，戰車和一對對的騎兵來了。」他又接著說：「巴比倫傾倒了！傾倒了！她所有的神像都被打碎在地上。」

巴比倫在耶和華手中曾是灌醉天下的金杯，列國喝了她的酒都變得癲狂。轉瞬之間，巴比倫必毀滅。你們要為她哀悼，拿藥為她止痛，或許可以治好她。

他用強有力的聲音喊著說：「巴比倫大城倒塌了！倒塌了！她成了鬼魔的住處、各樣污鬼的監獄和一切可憎的不潔鳥獸的牢籠！因為列國都被她荒淫的烈酒灌醉了。地上的君王曾經與她通姦，地上的商人也因她窮奢極侈的生活而發了財。」

巴比倫大城裂作三段，其他各國的城邑也都倒塌了。上帝並沒有忘記巴比倫大城的罪惡，要把那杯盛滿祂烈怒的酒給她喝。

他們便陳屍在大城的街上，這大城按寓意名叫所多瑪，又名埃及，是他們的主被釘在十字架上的地方。

你看見的那婦人就是那掌管世上眾王的大城。」

看見燒她的煙，就說，『有哪一座城能與她相比呢？』他們又把塵土撒在頭上，哀傷哭泣，喊著說，『這大城啊，真悲慘！真悲慘！所有經營航運的都因她的奢華而發了財，可是頃刻間她卻淪為廢墟了！』上天啊，眾聖徒、眾使徒和眾先知啊，為她的下場歡樂吧！因為上帝已經向她施行報應，為你們伸冤了。」這時，有一位大力天使舉起一塊像大磨石的石頭扔進海裡，說：「巴比倫大城也必這樣被用力扔下去，消失得無影無蹤。

地上的君王與她行淫，地上其他人也因喝了她淫亂的酒而酩酊大醉。」那時，我被聖靈感動，被天使帶到曠野，在那裡見到一個婦人騎著一隻朱紅色的怪獸。怪獸有七頭十角，渾身寫滿褻瀆上帝的名號。那婦人身穿紫色和朱紅色的袍子，用黃金、寶石及珍珠裝扮自己。她手中拿著金杯，裡面盛滿了她淫亂的污穢、可憎之物。在她額上還寫了一個神秘的名號：「大巴比倫——地上淫婦及可憎事物之母」。我又見她醉了，因她喝了眾聖徒的血，就是為耶穌做見證之人的血。我看見她，非常驚奇。

因為祂的審判真實公義，祂懲罰了那用淫亂敗壞世界的大淫婦，為那些被她殺害的奴僕伸冤。」

他們對她所受的災禍充滿恐懼，就遠遠地站著說，『強大堅固的巴比倫城啊，真悲慘！真悲慘！因為審判頃刻間臨到你了。』「地上的商人也為她哀傷，因為再也沒有人購買他們的貨物了。

說：「這宏偉的巴比倫豈不是我用大能建立為京都，以顯我的威嚴和榮耀嗎？」

「『你卻仗著自己的美貌和名聲縱情淫亂，與所有過路的人苟合。你用自己的衣服在拜偶像的地方結彩，在那裡行淫。這樣的事真是空前絕後！你用我給你的金銀首飾為自己製造男人的像，與他們苟合。你給他們穿上錦繡衣服，把我給你的膏油和香料供奉他們。你把我賜你吃的細麵粉、油和蜂蜜作為馨香的供物奉獻在他們面前。這是主耶和華說的。你還把你給我生的兒女燒作燔祭獻給偶像。難道你淫亂還不夠嗎？你竟屠殺我的兒女，把他們焚燒獻給偶像。你做這一切可憎、淫亂的事，忘記了你幼年赤身露體，在血泊中掙扎的日子。

然後說，『耶和華降的災禍必使巴比倫像這卷軸一樣沉沒、永不復興，巴比倫人必滅亡。』」耶利米的話到此為止。

你的創傷無法救治，你的傷勢極其嚴重。聽見這消息的人必鼓掌歡呼，因為誰沒受過你無休止的暴虐呢？

牠又獲准給怪獸的塑像生命氣息，使牠不但能說話，還能使所有不敬拜那像的人遭害。牠又強迫所有的人，不論老少、尊卑、貧富、自由人或奴隸，都在右手或額上接受印記。凡沒有蓋上怪獸印記的，就是沒有怪獸的名字或代號的，都不能做買賣。
