那时，王会对右边的人说，‘我父所赐福的人啊，来承受创世以来为你们预备的国度吧。

“那时，守护你本国人民的天使长米迦勒必出现。将有一段灾难时期，是开国以来从未有过的。那时，你同胞中凡名字记在册子上的，必得拯救。

我又看到宝座、四个活物和众长老之间站着一只好像是被宰杀过的羔羊。祂身上的七只角和七只眼睛代表奉差遣到普天下去的上帝的七灵。那羔羊走上前去，从坐在宝座上的那位右手中接过书卷。祂拿过书卷后，四个活物和二十四位长老就俯伏在羔羊面前，各拿着竖琴和盛满了香的金香炉。那些香就是众圣徒的祈祷。他们唱着一首新歌：“你配拿书卷并揭开封印，因你曾被杀，用你的血从各部落、各语言族群、各民族、各国家，将人买赎回来归给上帝。

然而，不要为了邪灵向你们降服而高兴，要因你们的名字记录在天上而高兴。”

恳求你赦免他们的罪，不然请你从你的册子上抹掉我的名字吧。”

忠心的同工啊，请你帮助她们二人，因为她们曾与我、革利免和其他同工一起为福音辛劳，这些人的名字都记录在生命册上了。

我看见怪兽的一个头似乎受了致命伤，这伤却复原了。全世界的人都惊奇地跟从了它。他们拜巨龙，因为巨龙将自己的权力给了怪兽。他们又拜怪兽，说：“有谁比得上这兽呢？谁能与它对抗呢？”

它在头一只怪兽面前获准行奇迹，欺骗了普世的人，并吩咐他们为受了刀伤却仍然活着的头一只怪兽塑像。它又获准给怪兽的塑像生命气息，使它不但能说话，还能使所有不敬拜那像的人遭害。
