牠得了權柄、可以將生氣給獸的像，叫獸的像不但能說話，也能叫所有不拜獸像的人都被殺害。

復能授氣於像、令獸像作人言有敢不拜獸像者、殺無赦。

The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.

The second beast was allowed to give breath to this statue so it could speak. The statue could kill all who refused to worship it.

And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain.

He was then permitted to give life to this statue so that it could speak. Then the statue of the beast commanded that anyone refusing to worship it must die.

那獸被逮，那假神言人、就是那在獸面前行過神迹、用神迹迷惑了受獸印記和拜獸像的人的、也和獸一同被逮；這兩個活活地丟在那有硫磺燒着的火湖裏。

我又看見有座位，並有坐在上面的；有審判權賜給他們。我看見那些捨生為耶穌作見證、為上帝之道被斬首者的靈魂、那些沒有拜過獸或獸像、沒有受過印記在額上和手上的人：他們都活了過來，與基督一同掌王權一千年。

第一位就去，把他那一碗倒在地上；就有惡而且毒的瘡生在那些有獸印記拜獸像的人身上。

因了得權柄而在獸面前能行神迹、牠就迷惑住在地上的人，告訴住在地上的人要為那受刀擊傷還活着的獸造像。

我看見那婦人沉醉於聖徒的血，沉醉於為耶穌捨生作證者的血。我看見了她，就大大驚奇。

於是總督、欽差、巡撫、參謀、財務、司法、審判官、和各省官員、都聚集了來，要為尼布甲尼撒王所立的像行開光禮；大家都站在尼布甲尼撒王所立的像前面。那時傳令官使勁地喊着說：『各族之民、列國之民、各種方言的人哪，現在有命令傳與你們：你們一聽見號角、簫笛、琵琶、琴、瑟、風笛、和各樣樂器的聲音，就當俯伏、向尼布甲尼撒王所立的金像下拜；凡不俯伏下拜的、就必須即刻被扔在烈火燃燒着的窰中。』

因為上帝將念頭放在他們心中，叫他們行他的心意，行一樣的心意，將自己的國給予獸，直到上帝一切的話語都得應驗。

他必說話頂撞至高者；必折磨至高者之聖民；想要改變節期和禮節規矩；聖民必被交付於他的手、一個時期、兩個時期、半個時期。

他們受苦痛的煙往上冒、世世無窮；那些拜獸和獸像的、跟那受他名字的印記的、晝夜都得不着歇息。』

天哪，聖眾使徒和神言人哪，因那城而歡躍吧！因為上帝已為你們伸雪而判罰她了。』

另有一位第三位天使跟着他們，大聲地說：『人若拜獸和獸的像，受印記在額上或手上，

在這裏並且見有神言人和聖徒們的血、以及地上一切被屠殺之人的血。

它們好像瓜田裏的稻草人，不能說話，必須被扛着，因為不能跨步走。你們不要怕它們；它們不能降禍，也無力降福。』

永恆主上帝用地上的塵土塑造了人，將生氣吹進他的鼻孔裏，那人就成了一個有生命的活人。

人都等於畜類，毫無知識；銀匠都因雕像而慚愧；因為鑄象都是虛假，裏面並無氣息。

我又願認清牠頭上的十個角、和那另長起來的一個角；在這個角前面怎樣有三個角被牠打落；這角怎樣有眼、有口、能說誇大的話；其形狀怎樣強猛、過於牠的同類。

人都等於畜類，毫無知識；銀匠都因其雕像而慚愧；因為他鑄的象都是虛假，裏面並無氣息。

他們有口、卻不能說話；有眼、卻不能看；

它們有口卻不能說話；有眼卻不能看；有耳卻不能側耳以聽；它們口中也沒有氣息。

我聽見掌管眾水的天使說：『今在昔在的聖義者，你這樣判罰是公義的：

身體沒有靈是死的，信心沒有行為也照樣是死的。

那對木偶說「醒起！」、對啞巴石像說「奮起！」的有禍啊！嘿，這能做導師！看哪，這只是包裹金銀的，其中毫無氣息！

他們必對羔羊爭戰，羔羊必勝過他們，因為羔羊是萬主之主、萬王之王；那些同羔羊在一起、蒙召被揀選而忠信的、也必得勝。』
