后来，怪兽被俘虏了，在怪兽面前行奇迹的假先知也一同被擒了。这假先知曾用奇迹欺骗那些盖了兽印、敬拜兽像的人。他和怪兽一同被活活地扔进硫磺火湖里。

我看见许多宝座，上面坐着的人得到了审判的权柄。他们是为基督做见证、为了上帝的道而被斩首之人的灵魂。他们没有拜兽和兽像，额上或手上也没有盖兽印。他们都一同复活，与基督同掌王权一千年。

第一位天使离去，将碗倒在了地上，那些有怪兽的印记、敬拜兽像的人身上长出奇痛无比的毒疮。

它在头一只怪兽面前获准行奇迹，欺骗了普世的人，并吩咐他们为受了刀伤却仍然活着的头一只怪兽塑像。

我又见她醉了，因她喝了众圣徒的血，就是为耶稣做见证之人的血。我看见她，非常惊奇。

于是总督、行政官、省长、谋士、库房官、审判官、司法官及各省的官员齐来参加尼布甲尼撒王所立之像的奉献礼，站在那像面前。传令官大声宣布说：“各族、各邦、各语种的人啊，王有令，‘你们一听见角、笛、弦琴、竖琴、瑟、笙等各种乐器奏响，就要叩拜尼布甲尼撒王所立的金像。不叩拜的人必立刻被抛进烈焰熊熊的火窑。’”

因为上帝使众王定意这样做，好完成祂的旨意。他们便同心将政权交给那怪兽，直到上帝的话得到实现。

他必亵渎至高者，迫害至高者的圣民，试图改变节期和律法。圣民将被交在他手中三年半。

他们受煎熬所发出的烟不断上升，永无休止。那些拜兽、兽像和接受了兽名印记的人昼夜不得安宁。”

上天啊，众圣徒、众使徒和众先知啊，为她的下场欢乐吧！因为上帝已经向她施行报应，为你们申冤了。”

之后，第三位天使高喊：“一切敬拜怪兽和它的像、在手或额上接受兽印的，

你的城墙内流满了众先知、众圣徒和地上一切被杀之人的血。”

它们像瓜园中的稻草人，不能说话，不能行走，需要人搬运。你们不要怕它们，它们既不能害人，也不能助人。”

耶和华上帝用地上的尘土造了人，把生命的气息吹进他的鼻孔里，他就成了有生命的人。

人人愚昧无知，工匠都因自己铸造的偶像而惭愧，因为这些神像全是假的，没有气息。

我也想知道有关它头上的十角及后来长出的小角的事。这小角取代了三角，它有眼和说狂言的口，比其他的角更强大。

世人都愚昧无知，工匠都因所制的偶像而羞愧，因为神像没有生命气息，是虚假的，

它们有口不能言，有眼不能看，

它们有口不能说，有眼不能看，有耳不能听，口中毫无气息。

我听见掌管各水源的天使说：“昔在今在的圣者啊！你是公义的，因为你施行了审判。

身体没有灵魂是死的，同样，信心没有行为也是死的。

对木头说‘醒醒吧’，对哑巴石头说‘起来吧’的人啊，你们有祸了！它们能教导你们吗？看啊，它们外面包金裹银，里面却毫无生命。

他们将与羔羊交战，但羔羊必胜过他们，因为羔羊是万主之主，万王之王。那些跟随羔羊的是被呼召、蒙拣选、忠心耿耿的人。”
