該被擄掠的，必被擄掠；該被刀殺的，必被刀殺。在此，聖徒要有耐心和信心。

掳掠人的，必被掳掠；用刀杀人的，必被刀杀。圣徒的忍耐和信心就是在此。

凡宜見虜者則見虜、以刃殺人者、則必見殺於刃、諸聖徒之忍與信在此矣、○

凡虜人者、亦將見虜於人、以刃殺人者、亦將見殺於人、聖徒之恆忍信主、於此可見、

凡擄人者亦見擄、以刃殺人者亦被刃殺、聖徒之恆忍與信在此矣、○

引人入甕者終必自入甕中；殺人以刀者、終必自傷刀下。諸聖之恆忍堅信、於是乎存。

“ If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword they will be killed.” This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God’s people.

“ Everyone who is supposed to be captured will be captured. Everyone who is supposed to be killed by a sword will be killed by a sword.”( Jeremiah 15:2) So God’s people must be patient and faithful.

If anyone is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if anyone is to be slain with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints.

Anyone who is destined for prison will be taken to prison. Anyone destined to die by the sword will die by the sword. This means that God’s holy people must endure persecution patiently and remain faithful.

If anyone is to be taken captive, into captivity he goes. If anyone is to be killed with a sword, with a sword he will be killed. This calls for endurance and faithfulness from the saints.

If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. Here is the perseverance and the faith of the saints.

He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

他們若問你說：『我們往哪裏去呢？』你就告訴他們，耶和華如此說：『定為死亡的，必致死亡；定為刀殺的，必被刀殺；定為饑荒的，必遭饑荒；定為擄掠的，必被擄掠。』」

禍哉！你這未遭毀滅而毀滅人的人，人未以詭詐待你而你以詭詐待人的人！等你行完了毀滅，自己必被毀滅；你行完了詭詐，人必以詭詐待你。

因為你遵守了我堅忍的道，我也必在普天下人受試煉的時候保守你免受試煉。

所以弟兄們，你們要忍耐，直到主來。看哪，農夫等候着地裏寶貴的出產，耐心地等到它得了秋霖春雨。你們也要忍耐，堅固你們的心，因為主來的日子近了。

耶穌對他說：「收刀入鞘吧！凡動刀的，必死在刀下。

你們憑着堅忍，就必保全性命。」

在此，遵守神命令和堅信耶穌真道的聖徒要有耐心。

這樣你們才不會懶惰，卻成為效法那些藉着信和忍耐承受應許的人。

流你們血、害你們命的，我必向他追討；我要向一切走獸追討，向人和向人的弟兄追討人命。凡流人血的，他的血也必被人所流，因為神造人，是照自己的形像造的。

我知道你的行為、勞碌、忍耐，也知道你不容忍惡人。你也曾察驗那自稱為使徒卻不是使徒的，看出他們是假的。

你們必須忍耐，使你們行完了神的旨意，可以獲得所應許的。因為「還有一點點時候，那要來的就來，必不遲延。

他要來攻擊埃及地：定為死亡的，必致死亡；定為擄掠的，必遭擄掠；定為刀殺的，必被刀殺。

人仰望耶和華，安靜等候他的救恩，這是好的。

耶穌對門徒講了一個比喻，為了要他們常常禱告，不可灰心。他說：「某城有一個官，不懼怕神，也不尊重人。那城裏有個寡婦，常到他那裏，說：『我有一個冤家，求你給我伸冤。』他很久不受理，後來心裏說：『我雖不懼怕神，也不尊重人，只因這寡婦煩擾我，我就給她伸冤吧，免得她常來糾纏我。』」主說：「你們聽這不義的官所說的話。神的選民晝夜呼籲他，他豈會延遲不給他們伸冤嗎？我告訴你們，他很快就要給他們伸冤。然而，人子來的時候，能在世上找到這樣的信德嗎？」

我知道你的行為：愛心、信心、勤勞、忍耐；又知道你末後所行的善事比起初所行的更多。

我－約翰就是你們的弟兄，在耶穌裏和你們一同在患難、國度、忍耐裏有份的，為神的道，並為給耶穌作的見證，曾在那名叫拔摩的海島上。

因他們曾流過聖徒與先知的血，現在你給他們血喝，這是他們該受的。」

我的弟兄們，你們遭受各種試煉時，都要認為是大喜樂，因為知道你們的信心經過考驗，就生忍耐。但要讓忍耐發揮完全的功用，使你們能又完全又完整，一無所缺。

所以，要記得你所領受和聽見的；要遵守，並要悔改。你若不警醒，我必如賊一樣來到；我幾時來到你那裏，你絕不會知道。

因為這默示有一定的日期，論及終局，絕不落空。它雖然躭延，你要等候；因為它必臨到，不再遲延。

因為，看哪，耶和華從他的居所出來，要懲罰地上居民的罪孽。地必露出其中的血，不再掩蓋被殺的人。

外邦人要將他們帶回本地。以色列家必在耶和華的地上得外邦人為僕婢，也要擄掠先前擄掠他們的，轄制先前欺壓他們的。

你們要仔細想想這位忍受了罪人如此頂撞的耶穌，你們就不致心灰意懶了。你們與罪惡爭鬥，還沒有抵抗到流血的地步。

願你們從他榮耀的權能中，得以在一切事上力上加力，好使你們凡事歡歡喜喜地忍耐寬容，

因為你們怎樣評斷別人，也必怎樣被審判；你們用甚麼量器量給人，也必用甚麼量器量給你們。

若有別的傷害，就要以命抵命，以眼還眼，以牙還牙，以手還手，以腳還腳，以灼傷還灼傷，以損傷還損傷，以鞭打還鞭打。
