凡擄人者亦見擄、以刃殺人者亦被刃殺、聖徒之恆忍與信在此矣、○

引人入甕者終必自入甕中；殺人以刀者、終必自傷刀下。諸聖之恆忍堅信、於是乎存。

“ If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword they will be killed.” This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God’s people.

“ Everyone who is supposed to be captured will be captured. Everyone who is supposed to be killed by a sword will be killed by a sword.”( Jeremiah 15:2) So God’s people must be patient and faithful.

If anyone is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if anyone is to be slain with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints.

Anyone who is destined for prison will be taken to prison. Anyone destined to die by the sword will die by the sword. This means that God’s holy people must endure persecution patiently and remain faithful.

如果他们问你，‘我们该去哪里，’你就告诉他们，耶和华这样说，“‘该死的死，该被杀的被杀，该遭饥荒的遭饥荒，该被掳的被掳。’

你们这些毁灭别人、自己还未被毁灭的人有祸了！等你们毁灭完了，就毁灭你们。你们这些欺诈别人、自己还未被欺诈的人有祸了！等你们欺诈完了，就欺诈你们。

因为你遵守我有关坚忍的教导，所以当将来的试炼临到全人类的时候，我必使你免受磨难。

弟兄姊妹，你们要一直忍耐到主来。你们看农夫怎样耐心等候地里宝贵的出产，等候秋雨和春雨的降临。同样，你们也要忍耐，心志坚定，因为主快来了。

耶稣对他说：“收刀入鞘吧！因为动刀的必死在刀下。

你们只要坚忍到底，必能保全自己的灵魂。

但持守上帝诫命和耶稣真道的圣徒们需要坚忍。

这样，你们就不致懒散，可以效法那些凭信心和忍耐承受应许的人。

凡是杀人害命的，无论人或兽，我必向他们追讨血债。凡杀人的，我必追讨他的血债。凡杀害人的，也必被人杀害，因为人是上帝照着自己的形象造的。

‘我知道你的行为、劳碌和坚忍，也知道你疾恶如仇，曾查验出那些假冒的使徒，揭穿他们的虚假。

你们需要坚忍到底，这样你们遵行了上帝的旨意后，便可以得到祂的应许。因为“将要来临的那位很快要来了，绝不迟延。

他要前来攻打埃及，叫那些该死的死、该被掳的被掳、该被杀的被杀。

因此，默然等候耶和华的拯救是美好的。

耶稣讲了一个比喻来教导门徒要常常祷告，不要灰心。祂说：“某城有一位既不敬畏上帝也不尊重人的审判官。那城里有一位寡妇常常来哀求这位审判官，说，‘求你为我申冤，惩办我的对头。’审判官总是充耳不闻，但后来心里想，‘虽然我不怕上帝，也不在乎人，可是这寡妇一直来烦我，还是替她申冤好了，免得她再来烦我！’”主接着说：“你们听，这不义的审判官尚且这么说，难道上帝听到祂拣选的人昼夜呼求，不替他们申冤吗？难道祂会一直耽延不理吗？我告诉你们，祂必很快为他们申冤。不过当人子来的时候，在世上找得到有信心的人吗？”

‘我知道你的行为、爱心、信心、事奉、坚忍，也知道你末后所做的善事比起初更多。

我约翰是你们的弟兄，在耶稣里和你们患难与共、同享国度、一起忍耐。我因传扬上帝的道、为主耶稣做见证而到了拔摩海岛上。

由于他们流了众圣徒和先知们的血，现在你使他们喝血，这正是他们应得的报应。”

我的弟兄姊妹，当你们遭遇各种磨炼的时候，都要认为是喜乐的事。要知道你们的信心经过考验会产生坚忍。你们要坚忍到底，使你们纯全、完备、毫无缺欠。

因此，要回想你以前所领受、所听见的教导，遵守这些教导，并且悔改。你若不警醒，我必在你意想不到的时候像贼一样忽然来到。

这启示实现的日期还没到，它是关于末后的事，没有虚假。即使缓慢，也要等候，因为这事终必发生，不再迟延。

看啊，耶和华要走出祂的居所，惩罚世上犯罪的人。大地必不再隐藏被杀之人的尸首，必将所流的血显露出来。

各国必帮助他们重返故乡。在耶和华赐给他们的土地上，外族人必做他们的仆婢。他们必掳掠以前掳掠他们的人，统治以前压制他们的人。

你们要思想忍受罪人如此顶撞的主，免得疲倦灰心。其实你们与罪恶搏斗，还没有抵挡到流血的地步。

愿上帝以祂荣耀的权能使你们刚强，无论遇到什么事都能长久忍耐，

因为你们怎样论断别人，也必照样被论断；你们用什么尺度衡量别人，也要用什么尺度衡量你们。

倘若孕妇身体其他部位也受了伤，伤人者就要以命偿命，以眼还眼，以牙还牙，以手还手，以脚还脚，以烧伤还烧伤，以创伤还创伤，以殴打还殴打。
