Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads.

In that day the Lord with his hard and great and strong sword will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, Leviathan the twisting serpent, and he will slay the dragon that is in the sea.

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in days of old, the generations of long ago. Was it not you who cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the dragon?

His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself.

This calls for a mind with wisdom: the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated;they are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while.

the elder and honored man is the head, and the prophet who teaches lies is the tail;

After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, terrifying and dreadful and exceedingly strong. It had great iron teeth; it devoured and broke in pieces and stamped what was left with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things.

And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly brittle.
