After these things I looked, and the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.The seven angels who had the seven plagues came out, clothed with pure, bright linen, and wearing golden sashes around their breasts.One of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.The temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power. No one was able to enter into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels would be finished.

I will enter into judgment with him with pestilence and with blood. I will rain on him, and on his hordes, and on the many peoples who are with him, an overflowing shower, with great hailstones, fire, and sulfur.

Out of the throne proceed lightnings, sounds, and thunders. There were seven lamps of fire burning before his throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

They set forward from the Mount of Yahweh three days’ journey. The ark of Yahweh’s covenant went before them three days’ journey, to seek out a resting place for them.

I saw the heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war.

When the camp moves forward, Aaron shall go in with his sons; and they shall take down the veil of the screen, cover the ark of the Testimony with it,

But their minds were hardened, for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains, because in Christ it passes away.But to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.

Behold, the Lord has a mighty and strong one. Like a storm of hail, a destroying storm, and like a storm of mighty waters overflowing, he will cast them down to the earth with his hand.

With two he covered his face. With two he covered his feet. With two he flew.One called to another, and said,“ Holy, holy, holy, is Yahweh of Armies! The whole earth is full of his glory!”The foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called, and the house was filled with smoke.

As they fled from before Israel, while they were at the descent of Beth Horon, Yahweh hurled down great stones from the sky on them to Azekah, and they died. There were more who died from the hailstones than those whom the children of Israel killed with the sword.

In that day there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

He gave them hail for rain, with lightning in their land.

Behold, tomorrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as has not been in Egypt since the day it was founded even until now.Now therefore command that all of your livestock and all that you have in the field be brought into shelter. The hail will come down on every man and animal that is found in the field, and isn’t brought home, and they will die.”’”Those who feared Yahweh’s word among the servants of Pharaoh made their servants and their livestock flee into the houses.Whoever didn’t respect Yahweh’s word left his servants and his livestock in the field.Yahweh said to Moses,“ Stretch out your hand toward the sky, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, on man, and on animal, and on every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.”Moses stretched out his rod toward the heavens, and Yahweh sent thunder and hail; and lightning flashed down to the earth. Yahweh rained hail on the land of Egypt.So there was very severe hail, and lightning mixed with the hail, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.The hail struck throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and animal; and the hail struck every herb of the field, and broke every tree of the field.Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, there was no hail.Pharaoh sent and called for Moses and Aaron, and said to them,“ I have sinned this time. Yahweh is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.Pray to Yahweh; for there has been enough of mighty thunderings and hail. I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer.”Moses said to him,“ As soon as I have gone out of the city, I will spread out my hands to Yahweh. The thunders shall cease, and there will not be any more hail; that you may know that the earth is Yahweh’s.

The first sounded, and there followed hail and fire, mixed with blood, and they were thrown to the earth. One third of the earth was burned up, and one third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.

Tell those who plaster it with whitewash that it will fall. There will be an overflowing shower; and you, great hailstones, will fall. A stormy wind will tear it.
