Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them,“ Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.

此後，我再觀看，見天上有一扇門開了，又聽見剛才那個像號角般響亮的聲音對我說：「你上這裡來，我要把以後必發生的事指示給你看。」

耶穌說完這番話，就在他們眼前被提升天，被一朵雲彩接去，離開了他們的視線。

他們邊走邊談，忽然有火馬拉的火車把他們二人隔開，以利亞乘著旋風升上了天。

然後，我們還活著的人要和他們一起被提到雲裡，在空中與主相會，永遠和主在一起。

耶和華用旋風接以利亞升天之前，以利亞和以利沙正在離開吉甲的路上。

儘管我們死在過犯之中，祂仍然使我們和基督一同活了過來。你們得救是因為上帝的恩典。在基督耶穌裡，上帝使我們與基督一同復活，一同坐在天上，

但仰望耶和華的人必重新得力。他們必像鷹一樣展翅高飛，他們奔跑也不困倦，他們行走也不疲乏。

他在陰間受折磨，抬頭遠遠地看見亞伯拉罕和他身邊的拉撒路，

「這些好像雲彩飛來，又像鴿子飛回巢穴的是誰？

婦人生下一個男嬰，就是將來要用鐵杖治理列國的。那男嬰被提到了上帝的寶座那裡，

耶利哥的眾先知來見以利沙，問他：「你知道耶和華今天要接走你師傅嗎？」他說：「我知道，請不要作聲。」

你曾想，『我要升到天上，把自己的寶座設在上帝的眾星之上；我要坐在遙遠的北方眾神明聚會的山上；

那時，你們將再度看出義人與惡人之間的區別，事奉上帝者和不事奉上帝者之間的不同。

耶和華啊，誰能住在你的聖所？誰能安居在你的聖山？

得勝者可以和我一同坐在我的寶座上，正如我得勝後與我父一同坐在祂的寶座上一樣。

求你賜下恩待我的憑據，使那些恨我的人見狀就抱愧蒙羞，因為你耶和華幫助我、安慰我。

先知中有五十人跟他們來到約旦河，遠遠地站著，他們二人則站在河邊。

惡人見狀，必然惱怒，咬牙切齒，氣絕身亡。惡人的盼望必破滅。

祂使他們戰車的輪子脫落，難以前行。於是，埃及人說：「我們逃命吧，因為耶和華在幫助以色列人對付我們！」

誰能定他們有罪呢？基督耶穌已經替他們死了，而且祂還從死裡復活了，如今在上帝的右邊替我們祈禱。誰能使我們與基督的愛分離呢？難道是患難嗎？困苦嗎？迫害嗎？饑餓嗎？赤身露體嗎？危險嗎？刀劍嗎？正如聖經上說：「為了你，我們終日出生入死，被視為待宰的羊。」然而，靠著愛我們的主，我們在這一切事上已經得勝有餘了。

誰能登耶和華的山？誰能站在祂的聖所中？
