也就是说，藉着启示，那奥秘已经显明给我，就像我先前简略写过的那样。你们读了，就能明白我在基督奥秘上的悟性。这奥秘在别的各世代并不显明给人类，不像如今藉着圣灵启示给了他的圣使徒和先知们。这奥秘就是：外邦人在基督耶稣里，藉着福音，成为共同的继承人，同属一体、同蒙应许。我成了这福音的仆人，是照着神恩典的赏赐；这赏赐是照着他大能的作为赐给我的。我在所有圣徒中，比最小的还小，但被赐予了这恩典，是为了把基督那无法测度的丰盛传给外邦人；并且使所有的人都明白这奥秘的计划到底是什么，这奥秘自古以来被隐藏在创造万有的神里面，

愿荣耀归于神——他能藉着我的福音和有关耶稣基督的传道，藉着奥秘的启示坚固你们。这奥秘亘古以来是隐藏的，

耶稣对他们说：“这就是我还与你们在一起的时候，对你们说过的话：摩西的律法、先知书和诗篇上所记的有关我的一切事，都必须应验。”于是耶稣开启他们的理性，使他们能领悟经上的话，又对他们说：“经上这样记着：基督必须受难，然后在第三天从死人中复活，并且人要奉他的名宣讲为罪得赦免的悔改，从耶路撒冷开始，直到万国。

不过天必须留他，直到万有复兴的时候，就是神自古以来藉着圣先知们的口所说的那时候。

第七位天使吹响号角，天上就有大声音说：“世上的国度已经属于我们主和他的基督；他将做王，直到永永远远！”于是，那些在神面前坐在自己座位上的二十四位长老，就把脸伏在地上，敬拜神，说：“主、神、全能者啊，今在、昔在的那一位啊！我们感谢你！因为你得了你的大权能，做王了。列国发怒了，可是你的震怒临到了，你审判死人的时候到了，你向你的奴仆先知们、圣徒们、敬畏你名的人，无论卑微尊贵，赐报偿的时候到了，你毁灭那些败坏大地之人的时候也到了。”
