He was holding a little scroll, which lay open in his hand. He planted his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land,

Then the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again and said,“ Go, take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the earth.”So I went to the angel and said to him,“ Give me the little book.” And he said to me,“ Take and eat it; and it will make your stomach bitter, but it will be as sweet as honey in your mouth.”Then I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach became bitter.

By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of the far-off seas;

Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder,“ Come and see.”

And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals.Then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice,“ Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals?”And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it.So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it.But one of the elders said to me,“ Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.”

When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying,“ Come and see.”

Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession.

So shall they fear The name of the Lord from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.

By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice.By me princes rule, and nobles, All the judges of the earth.

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying,“ All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
