Look! He comes with the clouds of heaven. And everyone will see him— even those who pierced him. And all the nations of the world will mourn for him. Yes! Amen!

看哪，他驾云降临！众目要看见他，连刺他的人也要看见他；地上的万族都要因他哀哭。这话是真实的。阿们！

觀哉、彼駕雲而降矣！凡屬有目、皆當瞻仰；即曩日手釘耶穌於十字架者亦將見之；天下萬族、咸將為之拊膺痛哭。斯言必應、心焉祝之。

“ Look, he is coming with the clouds,” and“ every eye will see him, even those who pierced him”; and all peoples on earth“ will mourn because of him.” So shall it be! Amen.

“ Look! He is coming with the clouds!”( Daniel 7:13)“ Every eye will see him. Even those who pierced him will see him.” All the nations of the earth“ will mourn because of him.”( Zechariah 12:10) This will really happen! Amen.

Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen.

“ Then I will pour out a spirit of grace and prayer on the family of David and on the people of Jerusalem. They will look on me whom they have pierced and mourn for him as for an only son. They will grieve bitterly for him as for a firstborn son who has died.

And then at last, the sign that the Son of Man is coming will appear in the heavens, and there will be deep mourning among all the peoples of the earth. And they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

As my vision continued that night, I saw someone like a son of man coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient One and was led into his presence.

and“ They will look on the one they pierced.”

Jesus said,“ I Am. And you will see the Son of Man seated in the place of power at God’s right hand and coming on the clouds of heaven.”

Then everyone will see the Son of Man coming on a cloud with power and great glory.

And they speak of how you are looking forward to the coming of God’s Son from heaven— Jesus, whom God raised from the dead. He is the one who has rescued us from the terrors of the coming judgment.

Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever.

Jesus replied,“ You have said it. And in the future you will see the Son of Man seated in the place of power at God’s right hand and coming on the clouds of heaven.”

Enoch, who lived in the seventh generation after Adam, prophesied about these people. He said,“ Listen! The Lord is coming with countless thousands of his holy ones

Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is.

After saying this, he was taken up into a cloud while they were watching, and they could no longer see him.As they strained to see him rising into heaven, two white robed men suddenly stood among them.“ Men of Galilee,” they said,“ why are you standing here staring into heaven? Jesus has been taken from you into heaven, but someday he will return from heaven in the same way you saw him go!”

Dark clouds surround him. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

My enemies surround me like a pack of dogs; an evil gang closes in on me. They have pierced my hands and feet.

Then everyone will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds with great power and glory.

One of the soldiers, however, pierced his side with a spear, and immediately blood and water flowed out.

He who is the faithful witness to all these things says,“ Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!

When he prays to God, he will be accepted. And God will receive him with joy and restore him to good standing.

And after my body has decayed, yet in my body I will see God!I will see him for myself. Yes, I will see him with my own eyes. I am overwhelmed at the thought!

I see him, but not here and now. I perceive him, but far in the distant future. A star will rise from Jacob; a scepter will emerge from Israel. It will crush the heads of Moab’s people, cracking the skulls of the people of Sheth.

The Lord is slow to get angry, but his power is great, and he never lets the guilty go unpunished. He displays his power in the whirlwind and the storm. The billowing clouds are the dust beneath his feet.

Then everyone— the kings of the earth, the rulers, the generals, the wealthy, the powerful, and every slave and free person— all hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains.And they cried to the mountains and the rocks,“ Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb.For the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to survive?”

This message came to me concerning Egypt: Look! The Lord is advancing against Egypt, riding on a swift cloud. The idols of Egypt tremble. The hearts of the Egyptians melt with fear.

Just think how much worse the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God, and have treated the blood of the covenant, which made us holy, as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to us.

After this, I heard what sounded like a vast crowd in heaven shouting,“ Praise the Lord! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God.His judgments are true and just. He has punished the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her immorality. He has avenged the murder of his servants.”And again their voices rang out:“ Praise the Lord! The smoke from that city ascends forever and ever!”

And they will see his face, and his name will be written on their foreheads.

Then I saw a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was someone like the Son of Man. He had a gold crown on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.Then another angel came from the Temple and shouted to the one sitting on the cloud,“ Swing the sickle, for the time of harvest has come; the crop on earth is ripe.”So the one sitting on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the whole earth was harvested.

“ Lord, may all your enemies die like Sisera! But may those who love you rise like the sun in all its power!” Then there was peace in the land for forty years.

Rise up, O God, and scatter your enemies. Let those who hate God run for their lives.

and who then turn away from God. It is impossible to bring such people back to repentance; by rejecting the Son of God, they themselves are nailing him to the cross once again and holding him up to public shame.

But Jesus turned and said to them,“ Daughters of Jerusalem, don’t weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.For the days are coming when they will say,‘ Fortunate indeed are the women who are childless, the wombs that have not borne a child and the breasts that have never nursed.’People will beg the mountains,‘ Fall on us,’ and plead with the hills,‘ Bury us.’

The merchants who became wealthy by selling her these things will stand at a distance, terrified by her great torment. They will weep and cry out,“ How terrible, how terrible for that great city! She was clothed in finest purple and scarlet linens, decked out with gold and precious stones and pearls!In a single moment all the wealth of the city is gone!” And all the captains of the merchant ships and their passengers and sailors and crews will stand at a distance.They will cry out as they watch the smoke ascend, and they will say,“ Where is there another city as great as this?”And they will weep and throw dust on their heads to show their grief. And they will cry out,“ How terrible, how terrible for that great city! The shipowners became wealthy by transporting her great wealth on the seas. In a single moment it is all gone.”Rejoice over her fate, O heaven and people of God and apostles and prophets! For at last God has judged her for your sakes.
