and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood,

May grace and peace come to you from Jesus Christ. He is the faithful witness, so what he has shown can be trusted. He was the first to rise from the dead. He rules over the kings of the earth. Glory and power belong to Jesus Christ who loves us! He has set us free from our sins by pouring out his blood for us.

I will also appoint him my firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth.

These will war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings, and those who are with him are called chosen and faithful.”

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

He is the head of the body, the assembly, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things he might have the preeminence.

but with precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish or spot, the blood of Christ,

“ To the angel of the assembly in Laodicea write:“ The Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of God’s creation, says these things:

how the Christ must suffer, and how, by the resurrection of the dead, he would be first to proclaim light both to these people and to the Gentiles.”

He has on his garment and on his thigh a name written,“ KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

Yes, all kings shall fall down before him. All nations shall serve him.

Pilate therefore said to him,“ Are you a king then?” Jesus answered,“ You say that I am a king. For this reason I have been born, and for this reason I have come into the world, that I should testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.”

which in its own times he will show, who is the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings, and Lord of lords.

Take heed, therefore, to yourselves, and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the assembly of the Lord and God which he purchased with his own blood.

Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying,“ All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.

Behold, I have given him for a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander to the peoples.

Dominion was given him, and glory, and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and languages should serve him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which will not pass away, and his kingdom that which will not be destroyed.

For there are three who testify:the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and the three agree as one.If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is God’s testimony which he has testified concerning his Son.He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. He who doesn’t believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning his Son.

Walk in love, even as Christ also loved us and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet- smelling fragrance.

His offspring will endure forever, his throne like the sun before me.It will be established forever like the moon, the faithful witness in the sky.” Selah.

But now Christ has been raised from the dead. He became the first fruits of those who are asleep.For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man.For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, then those who are Christ’s, at his coming.

The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying,“ The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ. He will reign forever and ever!”

I told him,“ My lord, you know.” He said to me,“ These are those who came out of the great suffering. They washed their robes, and made them white in the Lamb’s blood.

Most certainly I tell you, we speak that which we know, and testify of that which we have seen, and you don’t receive our witness.

But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us,

I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.

Some of you were such, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God.

Peter said to him,“ You will never wash my feet!” Jesus answered him,“ If I don’t wash you, you have no part with me.”Simon Peter said to him,“ Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head!”Jesus said to him,“ Someone who has bathed only needs to have his feet washed, but is completely clean. You are clean, but not all of you.”

What he has seen and heard, of that he testifies; and no one receives his witness.

“ In that day there will be a spring opened to David’s house and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for uncleanness.

By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.By me princes rule, nobles, and all the righteous rulers of the earth.

Nevertheless Yahweh your God wouldn’t listen to Balaam, but Yahweh your God turned the curse into a blessing to you, because Yahweh your God loved you.

No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another.

Then the king commanded that the magicians, the enchanters, the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans be called to tell the king his dreams. So they came in and stood before the king.

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect.
