與真實無妄之見證、死者中最先復活、而統治世間萬王者、耶穌基督、降爾聖寵、錫爾平安、

May grace and peace come to you from Jesus Christ. He is the faithful witness, so what he has shown can be trusted. He was the first to rise from the dead. He rules over the kings of the earth. Glory and power belong to Jesus Christ who loves us! He has set us free from our sins by pouring out his blood for us.

And I will appoint him to be my firstborn, the most exalted of the kings of the earth.

They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings— and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”

How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!

And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.

but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

“ To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation.

that the Messiah would suffer and, as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles.”

On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.

May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him.

“ You are a king, then!” said Pilate. Jesus answered,“ You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.”

which God will bring about in his own time— God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords,

Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood.

Then Jesus came to them and said,“ All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

See, I have made him a witness to the peoples, a ruler and commander of the peoples.

He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.

For there are three that testify:the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.We accept human testimony, but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son.Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts this testimony. Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.

and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

that his line will continue forever and his throne endure before me like the sun;it will be established forever like the moon, the faithful witness in the sky.”

But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him.

The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.”

I answered,“ Sir, you know.” And he said,“ These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church,

In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you

Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony.

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

But it was because the Lord loved you and kept the oath he swore to your ancestors that he brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

It was just before the Passover Festival. Jesus knew that the hour had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.

“ As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.

Jesus answered,“ Even if I testify on my own behalf, my testimony is valid, for I know where I came from and where I am going. But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going.You judge by human standards; I pass judgment on no one.But if I do judge, my decisions are true, because I am not alone. I stand with the Father, who sent me.

“ No,” said Peter,“ you shall never wash my feet.” Jesus answered,“ Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.”“ Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied,“ not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!”Jesus answered,“ Those who have had a bath need only to wash their feet; their whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you.”

He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony.

“ On that day a fountain will be opened to the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity.

By me kings reign and rulers issue decrees that are just;by me princes govern, and nobles— all who rule on earth.

However, the Lord your God would not listen to Balaam but turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the Lord your God loves you.

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

“ A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

So the king summoned the magicians, enchanters, sorcerers and astrologers to tell him what he had dreamed. When they came in and stood before the king,

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for herto make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word,and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.
