Great is the Lord in Zion; he is exalted over all the nations.

The LORD is exalted above all the nations, his glory above the heavens.

But he gives greater grace. Therefore he says: God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Instead, you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God( the heavenly Jerusalem), to myriads of angels, a festive gathering,to the assembly of the firstborn whose names have been written in heaven, to a Judge, who is God of all, to the spirits of righteous people made perfect,and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood, which says better things than the blood of Abel.

He rules forever by his might; he keeps his eye on the nations. The rebellious should not exalt themselves. Selah

God is known in Judah; his name is great in Israel.His tent is in Salem, his dwelling place in Zion.

The LORD is great and highly praised in the city of our God. His holy mountain,rising splendidly, is the joy of the whole earth. Mount Zion— the summit of Zaphon— is the city of the great King.God is known as a stronghold in its citadels.

But at the end of those days, I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up to heaven, and my sanity returned to me. Then I praised the Most High and honored and glorified him who lives forever: For his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing, and he does what he wants with the army of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth. There is no one who can block his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

What answer will be given to the messengers from that nation? The LORD has founded Zion, and his oppressed people find refuge in her.

Then I looked, and there was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him were 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads.I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was like harpists playing on their harps.They sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders, but no one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.These are the ones who have not defiled themselves with women, since they remained virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were redeemed from humanity as the firstfruits for God and the Lamb.No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.

From Zion, the perfection of beauty, God appears in radiance.
