耶和華在萬國的眼前，顯露他聖潔的膀臂；所有地極都看見我們神的救恩。

向我們的祖先施憐憫，不忘他神聖的約，

他們唱著一首新歌，說：「你配接受那書卷，配打開它的封印，因為你曾被殺，用自己的血，從各支派、各語言群體、各民族、各國家，為神贖回了人，

因為我的眼睛已經看見你的救恩，就是你為萬民所預備的：

因為主是這樣吩咐我們的：『我已經指派你為外邦人的光，使你把救恩帶到地極。』」

神要祝福我們；所有的地極都要敬畏他。

耶和華顯明了他的救恩，在列國眼前顯出他的公義。

為他們的緣故，記念自己的約，照著他豐盛的慈愛回心轉意；

所以你們應當知道：神的這救恩已經傳給了外邦人，他們反倒會聽！」

我是說：基督為了神的真理，已成為受割禮之人的僕人，為要證實對祖先的各樣應許，並且使外邦人因著所蒙的憐憫而榮耀神，正如經上所記：「為此，我要在外邦人中承認你，歌頌你的名。」

猶太人和外邦人並沒有分別，原來，萬人共同的主，使所有求告他的人都富足。

所有地極的人哪，你們當轉向我，就必得救！因為我是神，別無其二。

——現在耶和華說：「你作為我的僕人，使雅各眾支派復興、使以色列中蒙保守的人回歸，只是小事！我還要使你作列國之光，使我的救恩達到地極。」

所有的人都將看見神的救恩。』」

他扶助他的僕人以色列，不忘憐憫，正如他對我們祖先，對亞伯拉罕和他的後裔所說的，直到永遠。」

那麼我要說，他們難道沒有聽過嗎？當然聽過——「那聲音傳遍了天下，那話語傳到了地極。」
