It is an abomination for kings to commit wicked acts, Because a throne is established on righteousness.

Oh, the depth of the riches, both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways!

And it happened that when the priests came from the holy place, the cloud filled the house of the Lord,so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord.Then Solomon said,“ The Lord has said that He would dwell in the thick darkness.

Your way was in the sea And Your paths in the mighty waters, And Your footprints were not known.

The Lord is slow to anger and great in power, And the Lord will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. In the gale and the storm is His way, And clouds are the dust beneath His feet.

The glory of the Lord settled on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it for six days; and on the seventh day He called to Moses from the midst of the cloud.And to the eyes of the sons of Israel, the appearance of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the mountain top.Then Moses entered the midst of the cloud as he went up to the mountain; and Moses was on the mountain for forty days and forty nights.

He made darkness His hiding place, His canopy around Him, Darkness of waters, thick clouds.From the brightness before Him passed His thick clouds, Hailstones and coals of fire.
