他使他們的罪孽回到他們身上，又因他們的罪惡除盡他們；耶和華我們的神必除盡他們！

他的禍患將歸到自己的頭上，他的殘暴將落在自己的頭頂。

而惡人將從地上被剪除，背信者將從地上被拔出。

惡人因自己的惡行被推倒，義人在臨死時有投靠。

耶和華顯明自己，施行公正；惡人因自己手所做的陷入圈套。希加永細拉惡人將歸到陰間，所有忘記神的國家也是如此。

大衛又說：「我指著耶和華的永生起誓：一定是耶和華來擊打他——或是到了所定的日子而死，或是出戰陣亡；耶和華絕不允許我對耶和華的受膏者下手。現在，去把他頭旁的長矛和水瓶拿過來，然後我們就走！」

神哪，你必使惡人下到滅亡的深坑裡！那些殺人流血、行詭詐的人，必活不過半生；至於我，我要依靠你。

於是人就把哈曼掛在他為末迪凱所預備的木架上。王的怒火這才平息了。

他們將使自己絆倒，他們的舌頭與自己作對；所有看見他們的人都必搖頭。

惡人被自己的罪孽捉住，被自己罪的繩索捆綁；

願耶和華剪除一切油滑的嘴唇和說大話的舌頭！

所以他們將吃盡自己行為的果實，飽嘗自己計謀的後果。

至於那十隻犄角，是從這國中將要興起的十個王；在他們之後將有另一個王興起，與先前的那些都不相同，必使三個王屈服。

那六十二個『七』之後，受膏者必被剪除，他將一無所有。將要來一位領袖，他的民眾必毀滅這城和聖所，其結局必伴隨著洪流，必有戰爭直到末了；荒涼的事已經被註定了。
