我仍蒙主護庇、如居鞏固之城、在我天主之所避難、如居高磐、

主是我岑樓。主是我磐石。

But the Lord has become my fortress, and my God the rock in whom I take refuge.

But the Lord has become like a fort to me. My God is my rock. I go to him for safety.
