Judgment will again be founded on righteousness, and all the upright in heart will follow it.

Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: Render to the proud their desert.Jehovah, how long shall the wicked, How long shall the wicked triumph?

Vengeance is mine, and recompense, At the time when their foot shall slide: For the day of their calamity is at hand, And the things that are to come upon them shall make haste.For Jehovah will judge his people, And repent himself for his servants; When he seeth that their power is gone, And there is none remaining, shut up or left at large.

A bruised reed will he not break, and a dimly burning wick will he not quench: he will bring forth justice in truth.

For the sceptre of wickedness shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; That the righteous put not forth their hands unto iniquity.Do good, O Jehovah, unto those that are good, And to them that are upright in their hearts.But as for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, Jehovah will lead them forth with the workers of iniquity. Commit thy way unto Jehovah; Trust also in him, and he will bring it to pass.And he will make thy righteousness to go forth as the light, And thy justice as the noonday.Rest in Jehovah, and wait patiently for him: Fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, Because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
