The one who instructs nations, the one who teaches mankind knowledge— does he not discipline?

管教列邦的，就是叫人得知识的，难道自己不惩治人吗？

管教列国的，就是叫人得知识的，难道自己不惩治人吗？

管教列国的，就是叫人得知识的，难道自己不惩治人吗？

管教列国的上帝难道不惩罚你们吗？赐知识的上帝难道不知道吗？

那管教万国的，不施行审判吗？那教导人的，自己没有知识吗？

那管教列国、教导人知识的，难道不责备吗？

管教列邦的，就是叫人得知識的，難道自己不懲治人嗎？

管教列國的上帝難道不懲罰你們嗎？賜知識的上帝難道不知道嗎？

那管教萬國的，不施行審判嗎？那教導人的，自己沒有知識嗎？

那管教列國的、難道不責罰人麼？那教訓人的、難道無知麼？

那管教列國、教導人知識的，難道不責備嗎？

教誨列邦者、豈不懲責、以智訓人者、豈無知識乎、

豈有督責異邦、指示以道、而不責人以善兮、

懲罰萬民者、豈不能譴責人乎、賜人知識者、豈己反無知乎、

孰云化育主。無權施鞭撻。孰云甄陶主。莫具超人哲。

Does he who disciplines nations not punish? Does he who teaches mankind lack knowledge?

Does he who corrects nations not punish? Does he who teaches human beings not know anything?

He who disciplines the nations, does he not rebuke? He who teaches man knowledge—

He punishes the nations— won’t he also punish you? He knows everything— doesn’t he also know what you are doing?

He who disciplines the nations, will He not rebuke, He who teaches mankind knowledge?

He who instructs the nations, shall He not correct, He who teaches man knowledge?

He that chastiseth the nations, shall not he correct, Even he that teacheth man knowledge?

The One who instructs nations, the One who teaches man knowledge— does He not discipline?

He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge,[ shall not he know]?

Does the one who disciplines the nations not punish? He is the one who imparts knowledge to human beings!

He who disciplines the nations, won’t he punish? He who teaches man knows.

who gives us more understanding than the animals of the earth and makes us wiser than the birds of the sky?”

His God teaches him order; he instructs him.

In order to plant them, you displaced the nations by your hand; in order to settle them, you brought disaster on the peoples.

For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.

Then the angel of the LORD went out and struck down one hundred eighty-five thousand in the camp of the Assyrians. When the people got up the next morning, there were all the dead bodies!

Woe to Assyria, the rod of my anger— the staff in their hands is my wrath.I will send him against a godless nation; I will command him to go against a people destined for my rage, to take spoils, to plunder, and to trample them down like clay in the streets.

The LORD is King forever and ever; the nations will perish from his land.

The LORD is good and upright; therefore he shows sinners the way.He leads the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.

“ I will display my glory among the nations, and all the nations will see the judgment I have executed and the hand I have laid on them.

inflicting vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples,

It is written in the Prophets: And they will all be taught by God. Everyone who has listened to and learned from the Father comes to me—

and many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let’s go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us about his ways so that we may walk in his paths.” For instruction will go out of Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

You have rebuked the nations: You have destroyed the wicked; you have erased their name forever and ever.

Pour out your wrath on the nations that don’t recognize you and on the families that don’t call on your name, for they have consumed Jacob; they have consumed him and finished him off and made his homeland desolate.

You march across the earth with indignation; you trample down the nations in wrath.

Teach me good judgment and discernment, for I rely on your commands.

I have known only you out of all the clans of the earth; therefore, I will punish you for all your iniquities.

He struck down the firstborn of Egypt, both people and animals.He sent signs and wonders against you, Egypt, against Pharaoh and all his officials.He struck down many nations and slaughtered mighty kings:Sihon king of the Amorites, Og king of Bashan, and all the kings of Canaan.He gave their land as an inheritance, an inheritance to his people Israel.

But when the Lord finishes all his work against Mount Zion and Jerusalem, he will say,“ I will punish the king of Assyria for his arrogant acts and the proud look in his eyes.”

Then all your children will be taught by the LORD, their prosperity will be great,

Are you not from eternity, LORD my God? My Holy One, you will not die. LORD, you appointed them to execute judgment; my Rock, you destined them to punish us.
